About this property

Villa Giara is a brand new property located in the countryside of Noto.

The entrance is on the living area consisting of a relaxation area and a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and wine cellar.

On either side of the kitchen are two of the three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
Both bedrooms open onto the front veranda furnished with a dining table and lounge for relax.

The kitchen offers a wonderful view of the infinity pool from which it is possible to admire and be fascinated by the splendid and evocative panorama offered by the surrounding countryside with its colours, scents and sounds.

A few stone steps, at the side of the swimming pool, lead to a second veranda, secluded and located in the area below the swimming pool, onto which the third double en-suite bedroom opens.

The villa is located a few minutes drive from Noto and the main towns of south-eastern Sicily.
