Helorus Noto - Nocellara
Helorus is a small paradise nestled in the countryside of Noto.
The residence, equipped with a splendid swimming pool, is made up of two independent, modern and welcoming houses.
Nocellara is immersed in a lemon grove and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with dining room and TV area with sofa. It has a beautiful swimming pool that it shares with another house and a large private patio that directly overlooks the garden.
The location of the house is very convenient. It is only three kilometers from the center of Noto and is located on the road from which you can reach the beaches of the Vendicari nature reserve.

Situé loin au bout d’un chemin étroit et mal indiqué. Maison propre mais négligée. Lits jumeaux reliés à remplacer sans faute, salle de bain humide avec taches noires au plafond. Très bon accueil de Lucky, l’homme d’entretien , aimable avenant et disponible.
