Casale della Pergola, with private heated swimming pool, open 24 hours a day all year around. Eco-friendly farmhouse by the sea, 6 sleeps, countryside with lemons, vineyard, olive grove, tropicals. Wifi, AC, Car charger. Enjoy with our small production of extra virgin olive oil, Nero d’Avola wine.
Our house is 350 mt away from sand beach, in Lido di Noto, known as Noto Marina.

During your stay, you can pick for free organic fruits such as lemon, oranges, mandarins, clementines, grapefruits, azzeruoles, jujubes, medlars, figs, grapes, pomegranates, white mulberries, black mulberries, persimmons, plums, apricots, peaches, bananas, feijoas , avocado, mango, pitanga (Brazilian cherries) white guavas, red guavas, pink guavas, strawberry guava, java plums, lemon guava, macadamia nuts, almonds, yam, white sapote, black sapote (black sapote or chocolate pudding), sugar cane, rose apple, dragon fruit, papaya, moringa, passion fruit, vegetables such as tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, courgettes and more. Note: the availability of fruit and vegetables is linked to the season. The centuries-old olive trees in the garden produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil that you can try with the vegetables harvested in the garden.

Farmhouse 70 sqm, veranda 40 sqm , independent electric gate, free parking, wide open spaces, porch, patio, lawn. Outside extra hot shower.
Our farmhouse is in a very quiet and wide lemons garden.
There are 25,000 sqm garden of lemon wood, tropical fruit trees, olives grove and vineyard. We have one donkey and some others small animals. Fresh chicken eggs every day for our guests.
The garden is watered in summer season, then the property is fresher than the surrounding areas.
Comfortable beds with slats and foam latex mattresses in bedrooms.
Barbecue, smart TV, garden furniture. Wood for stove for winter period.
Toys for children, slide, swing, playground, swimming pool, hammock, baby cot and highchair.
A short trekking distance away, along the coast there is Vendicari natural oasis where bathing is allowed. Long stay discounted rate.The fee for using and heating the pool from October 1st to April 30th is an additional cost and is not included in the rental price. Non-heated pool use costs +30 euros per day. Heated pool use costs +60 euros per day (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation).

From May 1st to September 30th, pool use is always included in the rental price and heating is not necessary. However, it is still possible to request heating at a cost of +40 euros per day (multiplied by the number of days of rental of the accommodation). To be paid in advance on the day of arrival.

During your stay you can harvest for free: bio lemons (all year around), oranges, grapes, pomegranate, grapefruit, white mulberry, kaki, plums, apricots. Some tropical fruit: bananas, feijoa, guava, white sapote, mango, avocado, macadamia, water berries. Vegetable: tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, lettuce, zucchini and more. A millenary olive tree grows in the garden, look for it in the photos.
We have a small bio production of extra virgin olive oil and “Nero D’Avola” wine.

Lovely quiet and safe location for families.

Lovely eco property surrounded by fruit trees and animals. Gionochio very friendly and helpful Gave us a guided tour of the fruit trees and what to pick everyday for our breakfast! Great location Good bars and restaurants in Lido di Notti and if you want to drive some excellent restaurants in Notto , Avola and Ortygia . If I come to Sicilly again will be stating at this property for sure Many thanks Gionnochio!!

Idyllic and relaxing rural haven

We didn’t want to leave at the end of our week. The beautiful new pool is the highlight, plus a big verandah for yoga, reading and sunbathing and exotic fruits on tap all around. The accommodation itself is basic and could do with refreshing, but we had everything we needed and spent most of our time outside. We visited in May which is off-season, and without a car. Lido di Noto itself was disappointing - nothing open or to do, but we walked to the much nicer next beach south and along the coastal path. The little bottega sells a great selection and the owners are very friendly. Giacchino the property owner is fantastic, so enthusiastic about his plants and very quick to resolve any minor issues. We had a couple of day trips by taxi but were more than happy to chill the rest of the time.

Grüne Oase, perfekt für Kinder

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in dieser grünen Oase sehr genossen. Das Objekt lebt vom grünen Garten mit Zitronen- und Olivenbäumen und vielem mehr. Ein Rückzugsort mit viel Flair und Weite. Die Kinder haben die Hühner und den Esel geliebt, auch wenn sie sich auch für die Tiere mehr Freilauf gewünscht hätten. Jeden Morgen nach den Eiern zu schauen war aber geliebte Pflicht. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Marina de Noto selbst hat uns zwar nicht so gut gefallen, dennoch ist die Lage perfekt: die Strände im nahegelegenen Naturreservat sind toll, man kann viele Ausflüge machen und sogar zum Ätna lohnt es sich für einen Tagesausflug. Gioacchino war für uns trotz eines Krankenhausaufenthaltes immer für Fragen erreichbar und ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Fazit: Vor allem für Familien wärmstens zu empfehlen, ganz besonders im Oktober!

Oase in Strandnähe

Schönes Ferienhaus in wundervoll angelegtem Garten mit Terrasse. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt . Wichtig zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass die Betten in dem einen Schlafzimmer nur für jüngere Kinder geeignet sind, da sie schmaler und kürzer sind. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Hauptraum des Hauses.

vacance entre mer et terre

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison de Mr Gioacchino du 10 juillet au 17 juillet 2019 avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. La maison, situé à Lido de noto, se trouve à 300 m de la plage de lido de noto, qui est une belle plage non dangereuse pour les enfants et très fréquentée à cette période. La maison est au cœur d’un très beau terrain de citronniers et d’oliviers à perte de vue, très bien entretenu, vous serez bercés par le chant des cigales, le dépaysement est assuré, un poulailler, une oie, un âne, un potager feront la joie des enfants. Il y a également une piscine ( hors terre) d’1 m de profondeur et d’une air de jeu idéale en bon état pour les enfants (toboggan, balançoire). La maison climatisée présente 2 chambres, salle de douche, cuisine, le tout est très fonctionnel et était propre à notre arrivée. La terrasse très agréable, ombragée, vous donne la possibilité de déjeuner, dîner devant cette magnifique vue d’oliviers. Lido de noto est une petite station balnéaire où vous trouverez quelques restaurants de plage, en revanche il y a très peu de commerce alimentaire et aucune activité nocturne pour cela il est préférable de se diriger vers la ville de « noto » (situé à 10 min en voiture) qui est magnifique et à visiter absolument.

Parfait avec des enfants

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le lieu est idéal avec des enfants: grand jardin, jeux pour enfants, piscine hors sol, animaux... La maison est bien placée pour rayonner vers Syracuse ou vers la pointe sud est (autoroute à proximité). Endroit très calme et reposant. Accueil très sympathique de Gioacchino. A quiet orchard home near the sea

We stayed for a week and our daughter never wanted to leave the grounds. She'd visit the donkey, collect eggs from the chickens, harvest lemons, pet the visiting cat, play on the swing, then repeat. Easy walk to the beach as well. We were there off-season, and it felt that way: very quiet in the town. Arrived during a storm and the electricity was out for a day, but the owner kindly moved us to another apartment while power was restored. Very charming, relaxed location. Nice spot for two families as well, with a nearby cottage that can be co-rented at the same time.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Marina di Noto. Questa sistemazione era praticamente perfetta. Gioacchino è una bellissima persona e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni e i suggerimenti per vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. La casa è in una posizione eccellente per visitare bellissimi posti come Noto, Marzamemi, Portopalo, Avola, Riserva di Vendicari ecc. Vicina alla spiaggia se non si ha voglia di guidare. Il giardino è un piccolo paradiso sulla Terra, perfetto per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Grazie Gioacchino per condividere questo posto con noi. A presto Manuela, Max and Dylan We spend a week in Marina di Noto and this accommodation was just perfect. Gioacchino is a wonderful host. He gave us lots of advice... The house is very well located, close to many beautiful places. Noto, Marzamemi, Portopalo, Avola, Riserva di Vendicari..etc. Walking distance to the beach if you don't want to bother to drive. Un'oasi di pace e bellezza!

Siamo stati una settimana da Gioacchino che è molto gentile e disponibile e mantiene la proprietà perfetta. La casa, il giardino e gli animali hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Ogni giorno, dopo una bella giornata da esploratori delle bellezze dei dintorni, rientrare in quest' oasi di pace ci ha rigenerati. I nostri figli cittadini erano al settimo cielo e indaffarati in ogni momento: uova dalle galline, orto, prato e alberi dove fare acrobazie, piscina e giochi, l'asino da visitare, l'uva americana e il simpatico gatto che adotta ogni ospite. Abbiamo passato bei pranzi e cene nel patio sfruttando la pratica cucina e il barbecue. Il mare è a due passi. Siamo stati lì in 4 adulti e 2 bambini di 10 anni, siamo molto pratici e la sistemazione della coppia in soggiorno è stata comunque comoda. La consiglio a tutti. Vacanza rigenerante.

Sehr schöne familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und einem riesigen wunderschönen Garten. Insbesondere mit dem Hühnerstall und dem Esel bietet sich die Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern an. Das Haus ist toll gelegen und in Laufreichweite zu einer kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeit als auch zum Strand, trotzdem sind Haus und Garten absolut ruhig. Der nette Vermieter hilft einem gerne mit Strand– oder Restauranttipps weiter. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Garten!

Wir haben hier zwei erholsame Wochen mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern genossen: Es gibt alles, was das Kinderherz begehrt (Spielgeräte, viel Platz zum Toben, Tiere und einen nahen Strand). Auch für Erwachsene ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen: Sie ist ruhig und sehr schön angelegt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Südosten Siziliens sind von dort gut zu erreichen (v.a. das sehr schöne Naturreservat Vendicari ist mit 15 Autominuten sehr nah). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We are totally in love with this villa

We've spent the greatest vacation in this villa. It's very cozy. Territory is large and picturesque. There are many lemon, orange, mandarin trees. Every morning we've had the freshest orange juice. My kids are in love with animals. They adored to pick chicken eggs, feed the donkey. The owner Gioacchino is very hospitable. He assists in any questions that you have. It's about 10 min of walk to the beach and restaurants, 3 min of walk to the closest market. Avola is about 15 min by car, Siracusa' s about 30min.

Wonderful, a true five-star!

The week we spent at Casale della Pergola in Lido di Noto was one of the best moments of the trip. I am very demanding on the quietness, the location and cleanliness and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped, beautiful large terrace, beach equipment, mattress comfortable... We loved the environment with animals and fruit trees, fresh eggs every morning, the piccola donkey family. Thanks Gioacchino for welcome us warmly and help us for all questions. Hier hatten wir Urlaub

Noto Lido selbst ist zwar gar nicht so toll wie wir dachten, aber das Nasale della Pergola machte es zu einem erholsamen Urlaub. Wir hatten alles da was wir brauchten und für unsere Tochter 2 Jahre war es perfekt. Ebenerdig, Platz, Tiere, kein teurer Dekoschnickschnack der kaputt gehen kann und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und das macht oft schon den halben Urlaub aus. Herr Trapanie ist auch sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Wenn wir also wieder in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen, dann bestimmt wieder hier.

"We spent an excellent week in a very clean and well equipped and very pleasant and cosy house surrounded by a lemon trees garden, with farm animals nearby. Our 1.5 years old son enjoyed very much the terrace and the garden (perfect place for family with small children). The owner, Giocchino, is very nice and helpful. We spent our dream holidays in immediate proximity of the beach (5 minutes walking distance), Vindicari natural parc (10 minutes by car) and historical sites (Noto, Ragusa, Siracuse, etc). We will certainly come back to this splendid place! And we still miss the cicadas !!!!! Nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans une maison propre, bien equipee, tres agreable et cosy en plein milieu d''un jardin de limoniers avec des animaux de ferme a proximite. Notre fils de 1 an et demi a ete ravi de la terrasse et du jardin (endroit parfait pour famille avec enfant en bas age). Le proprietaire, Giocchino, est tres sympa et serviable. Nous avons passe un sejour de reve entre plage (5 minutes a pied), reserve naturelle de Vindicari (10 minutes en voiture) et sites historiques a proximite (Noto, Ragusa, Siracuse, etc). Nous reviendrons tres certainement dans cet endroit de reve! Et le chant des cigales nous manque trop !!!! Wojtek & family "

Das Haus ist entsprechend der Beschreibung sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und war eine hervorragende Wahl für unseren (Familie mit 5-jährigem Kind und Großmutter) Urlaub Ende März. Da das Wetter mitspielte konnte man mit Erlaubnis des Padrone die Orangen fürs Frühstück auf der Terrasse direkt vom Baum pflücken. Auch waren die sich in der Nähe des Hauses befindlichen Ställe für Hühner und Pferd eine willkommene Abwechselung für unseren Sohn, wenn er Herrn T. bei der Fütterung helfen durfte. Zu empfehlen sind, auch wenn man den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse verbringen könnte, die Strände des Naturschutzgebietes, welches südlich von Noto Marina beginnt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Ort zu dem wir sehr gerne zurückkehren."

Totally autonomous house with all the comfort.
Farmhouse 70 sqm, veranda 40 sqm , independent electric gate, free parking, wide open spaces, porch, patio, lawn. Outside extra hot shower.
Our farmhouse is in a very quiet and wide lemons garden.
There are 25,000 sqm garden of lemon wood, tropical fruit trees, olives grove and vineyard. We have one donkey and some others small animals. Fresh chicken eggs every day for our guests.
The garden is watered in summer season, then the property is fresher than the surrounding areas.
Comfortable beds
Barbecue, smart TV, garden furniture. Wood for stove for winter period.
Toys for children, slide, swing, playground, swimming pool, hammock, baby cot and highchair.
