It is located in the country side and is surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Only 6km from the city of Siracusa and only 8 min' driving distance to the sandy beach of Arenella. It is made of a large dining/living area with windows looking on the garden, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with single beds)
and 2 bathrooms, washing machine and air-conditioning/heating.

during check-in the tourist tax is kindly requested in cash, and a deposit which will be returned at check-out if there are no damages

Lovely Villa

A lovely property in a quiet location. Beautiful pool and efficient air conditioning which was welcome as it was very hot during our stay. Very comfortable. A great location close to a lovely beach and syracusa. I would recommend a car to get around. Very warm welcome from the hosts with lots of valuable local information.

Lage, wie von uns gewĂŒnscht, am Stadtrand von Syrakus, KĂŒcheneinrichtung einfach, aber alles so weit vorhanden. Gartenanlage Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung super !!2 Schafzimmer und auch 2 BĂ€der. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem schöne und erholsame Tage in diesem Appartement.

TrÚs bon séjour à Syracuse ! La maison est propre et agréable, avec la climatisation dans chaque piÚce. L'extérieur est génial avec les arbres, la terrasse et la grande piscine rien que pour nous. Environnement calme, parking sécurisé et proche de tout en moins d'un quart d'heure en voiture (plages, centre de Syracuse, restaurants, commerces).Vanessa est accueillante et réactive.

Wir hatten 2 Wochen bei Vanessa und ihrem Sohn Lorenzo verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Vanessa erfolgt unkompliziert per whatsapp. Beim Check-in sind 100 Euro bar Kaution, Touristensteuer (pro Erwachsenem 1/Tag) fĂ€llig. FĂŒr Check in nach 20 Uhr wird ein Aufpreis von 20 euro fĂ€llig, warum auch immer (diese Zahlen findet man nicht auf fewo).Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Areal mit 2 weiteren HĂ€usern, jedes Haus in sich uneinsehbar mit eigenem Pool. Das Auto steht auch sicher, da das GrundstĂŒck durch ein Tor abschließbar ist. Das Haus an sich ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Die Fotos der KĂŒche entsprechen nicht der RealitĂ€t (statt weißer KĂŒche ist es eine graue KĂŒchenzeile). Es gibt einen Ofen/Gasherd, leider sehr wenig AbstellflĂ€che, dĂŒrftig ausgestattet und leider waren die Pfannen und Töpfe in einem nicht so guten Zustand (lose Henkel), aber es ging irgendwie. Einfach zu behebene MĂ€ngel (kaputte Toilettenbrillen, verkalkte Duschköpfe (auch am Pool), knarrende Betten, durchgelegene Matratzen, Ameisen im Haus, kaputter KĂŒhlschrank schmĂ€lerten ein wenig das UrlaubsgefĂŒhl. Alles in allem irgendwie OK. Vanessa war wirklich zauberhaft, hatte fĂŒr uns bei Anreise einen Nudelsalat und Wasser vorbereitet. Das war toll. Auch sonst konnten wir sie sofort erreichen. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen von ihr oder Lorenzo nur kontrolliert, aber nicht gereinigt. Das passierte erst nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten. Lidl ist ca 10 min entfernt. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Der private Pool war einfach der Wahnsinn. Vanessa ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und hat uns stets mit Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft fĂŒr einen Familienaufhalt

Die Wohnung ist perfekt fĂŒr 4 Personen, die helle WohnkĂŒche kann gut als Aufenthaltsraum genutzt werden. Der Pool ist traumhaft und ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist perfekt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Siracusa, Ragusa, Nori, Taimuna. Einziger Nachteil: man braucht fĂŒr alles ein Auto, da die Straßen keine Gehwege haben und stark befahren sind.

Zwischen Antike und Strand

11 min in die Altstadt und 11 min an den Strand. Der Pool wurde ausgiebig genutzt und es gab ein Willkommengeschenk, herrlich erholt!

GrĂŒne Oase

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der FeWo. Die Kommunikation mit Vanessa lief super. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und immer nett und freundlich. Der Außenbereich hat uns am besten gefallen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand oder in den umliegenden StĂ€dten. Vielen Dank und allen weiteren GĂ€sten eine tolle Zeit :)

Lovely Stay with a Few Inconveniences

We recently stayed here and had an overall nice experience. The property itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and well-maintained. The garden and pool were definitely highlights, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and the quality facilities, which made our stay comfortable. However, there were a few inconveniences that we feel could be improved. One strange issue was that the lights automatically switched off at 11:50 p.m. every night, leaving us in complete darkness in the garden and communal area after midnight with no control over it. This was quite unsettling. Additionally, the parking arrangement was a bit odd. Even though there was space near our gate, we had to park further away from the property, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying bags. We also noticed that the kitchen tap didn’t have much hot water, making it difficult to wash dishes. Another thing to mention is that we weren’t informed that the property owner would be checking the pool every morning. The first day, she came in unexpectedly while we were still in the house, which was a bit intrusive. While we understand the need for pool maintenance, a quick message beforehand would have been appreciated. All in all, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the welcoming ambiance and the beautiful surroundings. With a few adjustments, this place could be perfect!

Magnifiques vacances Ă  Syracuse

Magnifiques vacances à Syracuse. Vanessa est une hÎte trÚs prévenante et sympathique. La maison est accueillante et agréable à vivre et bien sûr la piscine est un vrai plus surtout pour les enfants ! L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les plus beaux sites de la cÎte est de la Sicile à commencer par Syracuse, mais aussi Noto, L'Etna, Taormine... Plages à proximité. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir : )

Top Haus mit idealer Lage

Wir haben unsere Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber und alles ist in einem guten renovierten Zustand. Der Garten ist super, komplett privat und uneinsehbar. Pool, Liegen und Gartenmöbel waren top. Die Lage ist unschlagbar um Syrakus und den Großteil der OstkĂŒste zu erkunden. Vanessa ist eine super Gastgeberin, war immer erreichbar und sowohl beim Check-In und -Out anwesend. Sie hat weitere PrivathĂ€user auf dem GrundstĂŒ k, ideal also fĂŒr mehrere Familien.

Erholung unter Palmen am Pool

Das Ferienhaus ist schön und ruhig inmitten von Zitronenfeldern gelegen. Bei unserer Ankunft hatte uns Vanessa begrĂŒĂŸt und mit allen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Sie hatte uns außerdem den KĂŒhlschrank mit GetrĂ€nken und einem leckeren Nudelsalat gefĂŒllt. Vanessa war wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts fĂŒr uns jederzeit schnell ĂŒber Handy erreichbar. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in diesem Feriendomizil sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Alles war wir brauchten, war da. Besonders gefallen hat uns der herrliche Pool, der super gepflegt war (bisher der Beste den wir erlebt haben).

Erholsame Oase

Schöne Unterkunft, nur wenige Minuten von Siracusa entfernt. Sehr schöner, nicht einsehbarer Außenbereich fĂŒr gemĂŒtliche Stunden am Pool. Als die Waschmaschine erst nicht ging, war Vanessa sofort zur Stelle und hat sich gekĂŒmmert. Auto unbedingt nötig.

Jolie petite maison avec sa piscine privée et beau jardin arboré au calme. Parking privé sécurisé. Idéal pour des vacances et de la détente. Commerces à 5mn en voiture et 10mn pour Ciracuse. Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette petite maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (la piscine est un gros + que nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ©), trĂšs bien situĂ©e au calme, Ă  proximitĂ© des plages et de la superbe ville de Syracuse. Peut-ĂȘtre un petit bĂ©mol, le matelas de la chambre parentale est assez inconfortable. A part ce dĂ©tail notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait parfait

Vacaciones estupendas en Siracusa

La casa estĂĄ muy bien, se corresponde con el anuncio. La dueña es muy atenta. Vive al lado y estĂĄ siempre disponible si hay algĂșn problema. Le comentamos un par de detalles durante la estancia y en seguida los solucionĂł. Lo mejor de nuestra estancia: la tranquilidad del entorno, la piscina y el aire acondicionado. Lo que se puede mejorar: poner microondas en la cocina y mejorar la limpieza del menaje de cocina. La Ășnica pega que ponemos a la casa son los desagĂŒes de los baños. En uno de ellos olĂ­a muy mal, no pudimos usarlo. Lo cerramos el primer dĂ­a y usamos sĂłlo el otro baño.

Nice place with a great pool

The house was well suited to our needs as a small family, especially having two separate bed & bathrooms. The biggest plus is definitely the rather spacious pool. One suggestion for the owner would be to install Moskito nets in all the windows, since they can really be a pest at night.
