Our villa, is immersed in a splendid natural setting in a residential area, with a private swimming pool measuring 11x3.5 metres for exclusive use.
Attention to every detail, it is furnished in modern style with the characteristic presence of fine antique furniture.
Located in Avola Antica, a low hill on the Iblei mountains overlooking the sea.
Avola is considered the pearl of the Ionian Sea for its fine sandy beaches and extraordinarily clean crystal-clear sea.
Cava Grande, a nature reserve since 1984 located just 2 km from the villa, represents the most spectacular scenery of the Iblei mountains, where the crystal-clear Cassibile River, the Ancient Cacyparis, flows, forming 'little lakes' called Nache. And it is in this unique location that our villa was built, with taste and love for nature.
It will become the place you will carry in your heart forever as it will meet all your holiday expectations in total safety.
1000 square metres of well-kept garden, with palm trees, centuries-old olive trees, succulent plants and flowers of all kinds, will allow you to regenerate while enjoying absolute privacy in total relaxation and without the stress of social distancing.
You will feel suspended between sky and sea, in a splendid natural setting.
Strategic position, breathtaking views, thanks to the fact that it is one of the few facilities with a spectacular view over the sea of Avola, from where you can also observe the extreme tip of Sicily, the lighthouse of Capo Passero.

3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms with hydromassage shower, kitchen with electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, living room with 2 sofas, camping cots for your children.
The whole house has an autonomous air-conditioning system with latest-generation, low-consumption inverter air-conditioners.
Water and gas consumption are included in the price. Linen (towels, sheets and kitchen cloths) is also included in the price. Electricity is free up to a consumption of KW 100 , which is generally not exceeded if you take care to turn off the air conditioners when you are away from home. The difference (calculated with a special meter .) will be charged at the current market price.

A visitor's tax of € 2 per person per day is payable, excluding children under the age of 12. The tourist tax is only payable for the first week of stay.

Great spot

Beautiful home, well appointed with exceptional outdoor space including pool and eating, lounging area. Great views of Avola. We used this as our base to tour the Val D'avola. Our host, Ino, was very conscientious in helping make our stay very comfortable.

Fantastic jump off point to explore this part of Sicily. Beautiful pool and comfortable home. We missed having towels for the pool and beach, beach chairs or an umbrella. The kitchen was basic and could have done with a few more of the basic essentials - wine glasses, newer pans, a grater… You pay for extra electricity and it is a flat amount whether one week or more. So the longer you stay the more you pay. We were conservative in our use but 100kw is not enough for two weeks. Would we come again? Absolutely, but expect a bit more next time.

Lovely view and a comfortable house.

We enjoyed our stay in the area. Lots of beautiful countryside and the sea in the distance. the house was great for two couples. You should be aware that a car is essential as there is nothing within walking distance. The coast is 10km down hairpin bends, hence the view! Avola and the surrounding area is lovely, much to see and many beautiful towns and villages. The need to get in the car everytime is a disadvantage, especially in the evenings.

Perfect for a quiet relaxing break. Villa comfortable (beds, lounge, showers). Limited local facilities as far as restaurants/ shops - a 15 min drive required. Initial issues with hot water were dealt with promptly by agent and owner. Electric is charged over and above 100kw at (local rate) @0.48. Swimming pool very clean although shallow for us (6ft!). Feedback provided to owner well accepted. Amazing views from, and close by the villa.

Villa Avola Antica

I really enjoyed my holiday here. If you’re looking for a place to relax this is the place. Lovely villa with pool close to the airport, Noto, Taormina and Siracusa, I will definitely come back. The only thing was the 100KW per week which in my opinion is too low especially when on hot days the air condition is needed. I think it’s fair to put a limit on electricity usage and there is a certain flexibility, maybe 150KW would be more realistic. But again this doesn’t change my feedback and I recommend this villa where I spent a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful Villa, amazing relaxing location in Avola Antica

Beautiful Villa in Avola Antica. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped as clearly listed in the description. Three big rooms with 3 bathroom. Amazing view and a swimming pool. The house is 12 minutes from Avola and 500m of altitude. During the night we didn’t have the needs to use the air conditioning, nice wind! During the day the black floor outside attracted the sunlight and we felt bit more the high august Sicilian temperature. Silent and relaxing location. Alessandro and the owner of the house responded and support quickly to all our questions. Etna erupted just few days before our arrival (rare event but it can happen) and didn’t helped to find the house fully cleaned. It was cleaned before the eruption but I would honestly have the house cleaned again before our arrival. A good ants disinfection must be done. Is common in summer to find ants in those type of house but disinfestation can help! I would recommend this house to all people who want to find a relaxing and cozy place in Sicily

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, aber für uns zu sehr im Detail.Der Stromverbrauch wurde kontrolliert und vorgezeichnet, obwohl er nach dern Angaben bei VRBO inclusive war.Ein Hottub ist angegeben, obwohl keiner vorhanden ist. Das sollte eigentlich den Preis reduzieren. Ansonsten eine schöne Unterkunft. Sehr ruhig zum entspannen... Etwas zu teuer für die Lage und die Nebensaison.

Wir haben unsere Woche in der Villa sehr genossen und uns mehr als wohl gefühlt!Unser Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir als Familie benötigt haben.Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge im Süden und Osten von Sizilien (Ätna, Cava Grande di Cassibile, Pantalica, Altstädte von Syracuse und Noto,...). Nicht zu vergessen eine ganze Reihe von schönen Stränden zum Baden. Im Oktober war das Meer doch deutlich wärmer als der Pool. :-)Wir können das Ferienobjekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Vermieter Ino empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Ino war auch immer für Fragen zu erreichen, er ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer und Bäder sind schön – alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Besonders der Poolbereich ist toll und lädt zum Entspannen ein.Man braucht zwar ein Auto, um flexibel zu sein, aber in Avola gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die direkte Umgebung ist wunderschön und angenehm ruhig – perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Ein schöner Strand ist auch nicht weit und die Stadt Noto ist ideal für einen Ausflug und um eines der vielen Restaurants zu besuchen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Der Vermieter was sehr aufdringlich und immer präsent. Bei der Ankunft waren die Toiletten nicht gereinigt. Der Rest der Wohnung war Ok. Eigentlich ist das Haus mit dem Pool sehr gut, aber der Vermieter ist mit seiner Aufdringlichkeit und ständiger Überwachung sehr nervig.

Wunderbare Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Haus in Avola mit unsere Familie. Ino war ausgesprochen sympathisch und hat uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute mit allem geholfen. Er war stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und sehr fürsorglich, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Das Haus war makellos sauber und mit allen erdenklichen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Die Betreuung war einfach hervorragend besser hätte es nicht sein können. Wir können ihn und das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich für die schöne Zeit Ino. ;-)

Komfortables Haus mit sehr bequemen Betten

Das Haus ist mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern plus Wohnküche ist sehr geräumig und hat äusserst bequeme Betten. Die Zimmer lassen sich gut verdunkeln, die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls modern und komfortabel. Check-in und Check-out liefen einfach ab. Der Pool hat den Kindern viel Spaß gebracht. Leider gibt es im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dafür muss man nach Avola runter fahren. Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme und komfortable Location!

Modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Die Kommunikation bei Anreise mit der Agentur hat gut geklappt. Der Vermieter, der nebenan wohnt war bei der Ankunft auch anwesend. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem sehr geräumigen Ferienhaus, dass modern eingerichtet ist. Da es sehr heiß war, haben wir den Pool genossen. Im Preis ist eine KW Stunde Strom enthalten. Wenn man diese überschreitet muss zuzahlen. Wir waren geradeso im Rahmen. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir wegen der Temperaturen nachts teilweise anstellen, die Außenbeleuchtung inkl. Poolbeleuchtung haben wir ausgestellt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend auf einem Berg. Über eine Serpentinenstraße in 10 min. zu erreichen. Unmittelbar neben einer tollen Schlucht, die man hinunterwandern kann und in der Nähe, 20 Minuten, von dem hübschen Ort Noto. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Fantastique

Une villa merveilleuse avec tout le confort souhaité, entre mer et montagne. Le propriétaire de la maison est très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Sa préoccupation est nos vacances. Incantevole soggiorno in villa immersi nella natura con una piscina da sogno

Il soggiorno é stato davvero sublime. Sin dal tour della casa quando accediamo da un grande patio in legno all'ingresso con un open space nel quale all'inizio c'è un salone con due comodissimi divani in pelle e il camino, poi si accede alla cucina dove vi é la zona pranzo e una comodissima cucine in muratura, con lavastoviglie, forno elettrico di ultima generazione e un generoso frigorifero. Infine in questo ambiente troviamo un bagno stupendo. Da un corridoio si accede alle 3 camere matrimoniali e al secondo bagno, quest'ultimo ancore più grande dell'altro e con doppio lavabo. Tutte le zone della casa sono climatizzate anche se la sera vi garantisco che difficilmente se usufruirete, vi basterà aprire le finestre che sono tutte con zanzariera. Il patio è la zona relax che abbiamo preferito perché il panorama é mozzafiato e non ci sono le zanzare che assillano in estate chi vuole godersi un pó di aria pura. C'é anche un bellissimo barbecue ben illuminato e fornito di ogni cosa vi serva per delle grigliate perfette. La villa é dotata di un accesso pedonale che da proprio sullo spiazzio della casa ed uno carrabile per posteggiare la macchina sotto gli alberi che vi garantiranno di trovarla sempre fresca. Infine ma non per merito non posso non menzionare la piscina. Le foto non le rendon9 giustizia. Una piscina-laghetto che non troverete da nessuna parte. Un sogno già solo a vederla. Abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte delle ore dirune e pomeridiane rilassandoci a bordo piscina e nuotando per tutta la sua vasta superficie. Troverete molto più di ciò che avete letto nella descrizione e visto nelle foto. Questa villa è perfetta, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, dai fiori freschi in bagno al set degli asciugamani per ognuno fatti trovare sul letto a forma di fiocco. Il proprietario é il fiore all'occhiello della struttura. Una persona davvero gentile e super disponibile (ci ha coccolato sin dal primo giorno facendoci trovare i prodotti per la colazione) ma mai invadente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi. La consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi veramente e staccare la spina. Quella piscina immersa in quel contesto non vi farà uscire più da quella location.

Una bellissima villetta sulle montagne di Avola, ideale per staccare dalla frenesia della città e godersi un’ottima vacanza di relax La zona è puramente residenziale e non ci sono servizi nelle vicinanze, giusto un paio di ristoranti verso Cava Grande La casa è molto bella, mantenuta molto bene e ottima per il relax. Piscina laghetto perfetta anche per i bambini. Spazi esterni ampi e ben tenuti. Il barbecue per le grigliate è una chicca stupenda. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti. È stata una vacanza meravigliosa!

the perfect location to discover Sicilia from its roots

The villa has a very good position to reach a few of the most beautiful villages of Sicilia. Our favorites are Noto and Siracusa. But adding to that there is quite a lot to discover when you come back home from your tour through the wondefull island. There is a garden which impressed us a lot. Inside we totally consider the two bathrooms as the highlights. Designwise they are just extraordinary good. The rest of the house is also very comfortable and the view you get while taking your breakfast on the terrace is just amazing. All in all we can totally recommend this villa in Avola Antica with just one critical point. Its not that easy to reach the beach from up there and it takes quite a while. The one in Avola was nice but might be quite full in times without Covid 19. We enjoyed our time in the house a lot and will come back next year.

It has got a unique view. It is surrounded by greenery and it has a considerable extension of land that surrounds it (2,000 sq m :). In front of the patio there is a well-kept lawn with exotic plants and palm trees and a beautiful private pool.
