Holiday home on two floors located within the residential complex Eden Rock, with garden on 4 sides, equipped with barbercure and outdoor shower.
It is part of a group of terraced houses.
Thanks to its strategic position, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, it is ideal to reach in 5 minutes by car all the beautiful beaches of Chia : Sa Colonia, Spiaggi Torre di Chia ,Monte Cogoni,Le dune di Campana , Su Giudeu, Capo Spartivento and Cala Cipolla ,less than a kilometer you can reach the beach of Pinus Village.
Mind 15 minutes drive you can reach, the old town of Pula (CA) a tourist village that offers restaurants shopping shops and evening entertainment with shows.
A few kilometers from the center of the village of Pula is the very important archaeological area of Nora, it is one of the most famous sites in Sardinia that houses the ruins of an ancient city, the first Phoenician town in Sardinia (VIII century BC)
The house is structured on the ground floor living room with kitchenette, Vcamera double with bathroom
The first floor consists of a family room with two bunk beds with small balcony, bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning, several parking spaces large garden, equipped with tables and chairs to be able to mangaire outdoors.
