About this property

A self contained 1 bedroom loft apartment - luxurious kingsize bed, fast Wifi & great for working from home. A 10 min cycle into central Cambridge or a 15 min bus ride.
Very close to the Science Park & business park, shared access via stairs with family home but the attic space is all yours. Also free off road parking is provided. Close to good pub & local store plus free Netflix!
This is self catering but there is a local shop in easy walking distance.
Towels, lovely duvet & sheets provided.
If you are staying a week or more you may use the washing machine.
Please also note I have cats & children.

Residential area with a pub & shop at the end of the road, bus stop also at the end of the road. Very close to the the science park & business park. Off road parking on driveway is also provided.
It's the whole attic space so the 1st half of the stairs is used by everyone

The kitchen has a 2 ring hob, full size oven, fridge, microwave, toaster plus pots & pans. There is no freezer
15 minute walk to Cambridge North railway station, 35 mins walk into town or a 10-15 minute bus or cylce ride.
You can catch the bus from the end of the road, just cross Milton road & the bus stop is directly there 5 mins walk from the studio, this will take you directly into town on the number city 1 or city 2 bus. Very easy
