This spacious apartment consists of an entrance hall, living/dining room, large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with built-in cupboards, Air conditioning and two bathrooms, one being en suite. One bedroom has a king-size bed and is very comfortable, from the room you have access to the balcony where you can sit on the sofa enjoying the lovely view of the sea and the city. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and just a window, no balcony. The large lounge/ dining room with Smart TV and large slide doors lead onto the oversized balcony with plenty of space for all the family to enjoy alfresco dining. From the living room, you have access to the roof terrasse with a stunning view of other Lagos and see. The building is surrounded by gardens with a pool area and offers private parking directly outside the complex and in the garage.
