My properties are mostly colorful and unique in the way I furnish them. I do not follow any styling trends but I just go with fun and funcy decor. I provide a few amenities such as power back-up inverters so that my guests are not left in the dark during load shedding, that’s common in my country. This separates my listings from the others.
