EDM Praia Paraiso - 3 bed house next to the beach with stunning sea views

Vivenda Estrela do Mar is a traditional Portuguese property in a superb location with the most fantastic sea views.
The house is located next to Paraíso beach and is only 350 meters from yet another beach and the town centre with its many shops, restaurants, bars and activities.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of entrance hall, living / dining room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed and stunning sea views and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The door from the kitchen leads to a covered terrace where the washing machine is housed, and another very spacious terrace equipped with outdoor dining facilities, bbq, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The terraces offer plenty of space to relax, unwind and make the most of the Algarve weather.

A staircase leads to the first floor where reside a further 2 bedrooms with superb ocean views. Both bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto a South facing balcony. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with bath and overhead shower on this floor.

The bedrooms and the living room all have air conditioning. The house has Wi-Fi, cable channels and a Smart TV. The house offer private parking and cots and high chairs are available on request.

Carvoeiro is a lovely, family friendly town. From Carvoeiro beach run regular boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area as well as kayaking, pedaloes for hire and much more. Carvoeiro offers numerous superb bars and restaurants and many open-air musical events throughout the summer months.

There are various amenities within walking distance however buses and Uber are readily available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and there is a taxi rank just 350 meters from the house.

A short 10 minute drive will take you to the more traditional but equally popular fishing town of Ferragudo. The city of Portimão just a little further afield but still only a 20 minute drive.

Located in such a central location, this house is just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
