Perfect spot

We had great communication through out. Easy check in and the place was lovely. Walking distance to some of the best beaches along the coast. If ever we are in the region again I’m sure we will look at coming back

Absolute fantastic

The villa is very clean with everything you need. Lots of tables and chairs to sit outside and eat or just enjoy the amazing view. I would recommend this villa to everyone.

Exactly what we wanted.

Everything was really good for us and s perfect venue for our holiday. The only thing I would comment on is that the beds were a bit hard and pillows not very comfortable.

Beautiful Views and relaxing villa

We loved our stay here. The country setting was so relaxing. Everyday after returning from the beach we would lounge by the pool and watch the sun. The place was spotless. And we really appreciated the pool towels. Cool breezes flowed through the house every night. We would definitely return.

Perfect for a relaxing time

We had 2 great weeks in Casa Leticia. It was a perfect time to relax. Neighbours are chicken and goats, so no tourists around. The villa is equipped with all necessary items. WiFi is fast, international TV stations to watch football world cup are available, the pool was huge for just the 4 of us. If you like BBQ you will find a good place to prepare your steaks, also the kitchen offers all you need. After 10 minutes walk a nice and lonely beach is waiting and also the famous Marinha beach is in walking distance. Supermarkets can be found in Lagoa (few minutes by car). We would definately recommend Casa Leticia for everybody who seeks for some relaxed days at Algarve.

We very much enjoyed our 12 night stay. The property was basic and rustic but gave us everything we needed.Large pool, loungers, table, chairs and washing machine outside. Large kitchen with dishwasher very useful.Isobel cleaned and was lovely, although we had no idea when she or the pool guy were coming. Would have liked a heads-up.Lovely countryside area, view to the sea, and the area itself is stunning. We saw 2 shepherds with their dogs herding 100 or so Algarve Churra in the next lane - absolutely loved it.Great walks to the cliffs and down to some small beaches. Kayaking available nearby to visit the caves, around 40 euros per person for 2 hours.Although the villa was clean throughout, there were a lot of ornaments, some with thick dust on top. Mattresses are very firm, and the room with 2 single beds uncomfortable. There isn't aircon, so we had to ask for another fan. And the man across the road still has loud music playing, an hour or so each time, at least twice daily, and sometimes late into the night. The owner said he would have a word if it was a problem. Lot of noise from cockerels and dogs, but bearable.The wifi password taped to the wall is illegible - take a photo of underneath the router for the right password.No information pack - this would have been useful, particularly as there is a safe but no info on where it is. One of the bidets had no water, some light bulbs not working, front door difficult to lock/unlock.Overall loved it!

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage

Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend und gut, alles vorhanden! Falls doch etwas gefehlt hat, wurde sehr schnell reagiert und nachgeliefert. Der Pool war toll, gute Größe, sonnig und erfrischend. Die strandnahe Lage hat auch Alternativen zum Pool geboten. Man konnte innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Reihe an Restaurants und Supermärkten erreichen.Ventilatoren in allen Zimmern wären zusätzlich sehr schön, da es doch auch nachts ziemlich warm war. Die Kinderbetten haben sehr gequietscht und die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen, aber mit zwei Decken als Polsterung ging es.

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable, vue extraordinaire et emplacement au top. La piscine est tres bien entretenue et grande. Tout est parfait pour passer un excellent séjour. La personne s'occupant du ménage est venue se présenter et nous a demandé combien de fois elle devait venir nettoyer pendant notre séjour, c'est vraiment super ! Seul bémol, vaisselle un peu vieillotte et en grande quantité mais manque de certaines choses essentielles (pas de bol, 4 verres à vin...) Mais cela n'a pas gâché notre voyage !!

Super-Lage und Super-Pool

Allein der Blick von der Dachterrasse und der uneinsehbare Pool sind die Reise wert. Zwei schöne Strände sind zu Fuß per kleiner Wanderung oder mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Doppelbetten sind 1,40 breit. Ohne Auto geht es nicht. Weiterer Pluspunkt: stabiles WLAN. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent quite family get away

The villa was quietly located and well placed, a short drive to shops and restaurants, and just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. Well equipped throughout, very clean and tidy. We had a lovey, relaxing break here and would recommend to others who don’t want to be within the tourist trap yet still want to enjoy the area.

Lovely quiet spot very homely

We enjoyed using the villa, great big pool, very spacious and private outside space. Has most things you need. Did find it a little hot during the night, one room has a ceiling fan which we moved into so maybe more fans would be good as no air con.

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la casa Vitor, en famille : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La maison est fraîche, fonctionnelle et agréable. Nous avons passé de très bons moments sur la grande terrasse et autour de la piscine vue mer. Nous avons profité des palmes et bodyboard à disposition sur place. Nous allions souvent sur la mignonne plage de baranquiño à pied : 15 minutes de marche sur un sentier dans le maquis. Merci à Joe pour sa réactivité à mes messages et à Dona isabel pour le ménage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir profiter des beautés de l’Algarve.

Wonderful place

Lovely traditional rustic villa, spacious and well furnished. Excellent deep and well maintained swimming pool with views to the sea. Easy access to local walking routes, best beaches within half hour walk. A couple of good restaurants within half hour walk. Plenty of sunbeds on a large patio, quite secluded.

Ein schönes Haus in toller Lage

wie schon Andere vor mir: Eigentlich ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt, das auch 6 Sterne haben könnte in wunderbarer Umgebung mit vielen kleinen „aber“. Die Küche ist zwar riesig , der Inhalt etwas spartanisch, und außerdem musste man die Dinge, die man benutzen wollte, erstmal waschen. Das selbe gilt für den Grill. Die Badezimmer Tür kann man nicht zumachen, das Bidet verliert viel Wasser und der Satelitenempfänger ist uralt und schon lange kaputt. Und ja, die Matratze im Bett ist wirklich sehr hart. Alles in allem kleine Dinge die man leicht ändern könnte. Die Mängel sind dem Besitzer schon lange bekannt, aber da gab es nur ein Schulterzucken. Und trotzdem, wir würden das Haus wieder mieten...

Needed a bit of sun and relaxation

Great location - easy walk to fabulous beaches. Huge terrace and pool looking out to sea - loved it. It’s not posh or supercool chic - just very pleasant. We went September. Would probably benefit from aircon in July/Aug but early or late season - perfect.

Férias magníficas

A nossa estadia foi espectacular, como esta parte do Algarve. Gostámos muito. O único senão é o sinal de Internet que é muito intermitente, não sendo recomendável a dependentes, por nós ótimos pois deu-nos a paz e o sossego que procuravamos.

Tolles Objekt in perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist toll gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu schönen Stränden (Albandeira, Marinha), diese sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen in ca 10 Minuten. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 Minuten ins touristische Carvoeiro und ebenfalls 10 Minuten nach Lagoa, dort gibt es drei große Supermärkte. Auto wird benötigt! Das Haus ist groß, ebenso das Grundstück mit einem schönen Pool. Die Einrichtung ist schon älter, es funktioniert aber alles. Betreuung vor Ort sehr gut. Regelmäßiger Pool Service und Reinigung des Hauses mit Wäschewechsel. Alles in allem ist das Objekt absolut zu empfehlen.

Why they chose this property

I used to have my holidays in the this area when I was a child and this is one my favourite location in the Algarve. When I first came to see this lovely villa I just knew this was the right villa for its lovely views to the sea and rural it feels that you are private and so near to explorer to most popular resorts

What makes this property unique

The villa is a lovely bungalow ideal if you have walking difficulties. If you like Al fresco dinning then it has an outside terrace with tables and chairs you can relax and enjoy an evening. The large pool with its views to the sea it is great sun trap to take the Alagarve's famous Rays
