Pool villla in the Quinta do Paraiso, just 800 m to the beach/village centre

Cosy interior fittings with LCD TV, DVD player, radio, cassette player, fitted kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, built-in closets, small safe, fans in bedrooms, folding shutters and fly screens, fireplace, barbecue, garden, large terrace & deck-terrace, loggia. Maximal 6 persons.

Outdoor pool & garden maintainence, house maid (except Saturday/Sunday); assistance on site by the house administration (German, English &. Portuguese), pick up service from the airport.
Security keys with code number at the entrance.
The detached house is located in a family-friendly housing area, with an abundant supply of sports facilities close to the centre & to the typical, small Algarve beaches with rocks. The place, Praia do Carvoeiro, has a really preserved its fishing origins. Holidays resorts and high building are not allowed here. The mixture between tradition & tourism has been successful.
By the way:
There are plenty wonderful golf courses nearby.

We loved our stay in Carvoeiro, the villa was perfect for our family with plenty of space indoor and outdoor! The location was also great with amenities on the door step and a reasonable walk to the beach and the town

We were very pleased to enjoy a few days at the accommodation. The location and pool are the strong points. The accommodation is a few years old but has renovated bathrooms and kitchen with all we needed. We recommend and hope to enjoy it again

Gorgeous holiday

The villa is even better than the pictures, it was really homely and very comfortable to stay in. The patio got the sun practically all day so very good for sunbathing! Conveniently close to the Spar shop and a couple of nice restaurants, it is a little bit of an uphill walk back from the main town so bring comfortable shoes! Overall we had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful villa

We stayed two weeks in the house and enjoyed it very much. The house is well equipped and fresh and the pool with pool area absolutely fantastic and sunny all day. The Spar store nearby is good to have and we used Bolt to go shopping in the bigger food markets since we didn't have a car. Bolt works very well here. I can definitely recommend renting this villa.

Great holiday

We had a really nice stay at the villa. Interior is quite old fashioned but nice and clean, kitchen has all the utensils you need and more. Lovely big walk in showers. Pool area is great, very spacious. The resort itself is a bit out of the way but a 10min walk takes you to the square with some restaurants and a 20min walk takes you to the centre/beach. Had a lovely relaxing holiday but Portugal isn’t for us unfortunately.

Lovely villa. Very clean. Showers were good as had obviously been updated but the outside furniture was rather tired and needed replacing. The location was good although not for wheelchairs or unfit people! Lots of hills which are ok on the way down to the beach but very steep coming back up. All in all though a very pleasant stay.

Very nice villa

We enjoyed a short stay in the lovely villa with a really nice pool. Very good internet which our teenage children enjoyed 😊 If there is a small minus to be mentioned, it is that the garden is not completely screened off. Otherwise everything was good.

Well positioned with Amenities

The pool is a big one with this property. The house itself is rather compact, but the outdoor spaces more than make up for it making it an easy accommodation for up to 6. The neighborhood is hilly so if you like to go for walks and feel like you did more than stroll, this will work. Mini-market around the corner is well appointed and the two restaurants are very good as well (especially recommend the Carbonara at Trattoria).

The property was exactly as pictured—beautiful and just as expected. The person who came by daily (except weekends) was fantastic and very helpful. While it’s a bit of a walk into Carvoeiro, having a car—as noted in the listing—was definitely required for getting around. The only suggestion I’d offer is to consider allowing earlier check-in, especially for guests who are traveling long distances. Communication with the property owner was excellent—very responsive and helpful—though it seemed a separate company handled the check-in process via email.

Lovely villa, clean, spacious and well stocked with all you would need.

Very enjoyable place to stay. There were untypical temperatures and we would have loved some air conditioning. The pool was cleaned every few days and would be perfect for adults but isn’t child friendly. We had a 3 year old who is learning to swim but was too afraid to go into the pool as is the same depth with no graduation (about 1.5 meters) all over. The nearby shop is close and well stocked. Overall I would highly recommend this villa for adults and children over 5.

La maison était très bien, bien aménagée, de bonne taille et l'extérieur était chouette. Les quelques points à améliorer sont les chaises de jardin en mauvais état, ce qui est dommage vu le potentiel de la maison, la climatisation qui était mentionnée dans l'annonce et qui malheureusement n'existait pas et enfin la communication avec l'agence qui a été quasi inexistante malgré mes quelques sollicitations.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, mit kleinen Mängel

Die Terrassenmöbel hatten ihr Besten Tage hinter sich. Von den 6 Gartenstühlen waren 2 kurz vorm zusammen brechen. Die Fliesen an der Wasserkante vom Pool waren stark verschmutzt. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen
