The villa 'Ninho do Corvo' is located on a 3000 sqm large garden property with heated pool and is located about 4 km east of the former fishing village of Praia do Carvoeiro in the well-maintained complex of Algarve Clube Atlantico. The next Faro Airport is about 60 km from the house.
The lovingly furnished villa offers the highest standard of comfort on 185 sqm living space. It has a large living room with closed fireplace, 2 sofas, satellite TV with flat screen TV, CD player and Internet connection (WLAN).
The large dining room is furnished with Portuguese furniture.
A fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, bread machine, toaster, kettle, electric citrus press, blender, washing machine, dishwasher, combined gas / electric stove, separate oven, microwave and fridge with large freezer does not miss even the smallest tools to prepare culinary delights.
Each of the 3 bedrooms, a private bathroom with bath or Shower. Bed linen is changed 1x a week, the towels are changed 2 times per week. Bath towels for the beach are available.
All rooms have an electric auxiliary heater. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In the sprawling, south facing terrace, partly covered and protected from the wind, the heated swimming pool with separate outdoor shower and small dressing room. In the back there is a barbecue with walled benches. An outside staircase the large roof terrace is reached. There is also a cozy 'hideaway' with the most beautiful views over the Atlantic and the surrounding coastal scenery including a distinctive lighthouse. Here you can watch beautiful sunsets.
A very friendly and always helpful Portuguese housemaid takes care of 6 times a week in the morning to all applicable chores. 1x per week a gardener cultivates team the large garden and 2 times a week the pool is cleaned and serviced.
The German, English, French and Portuguese speaking property management on site ensures a flawless condition of the house. You might also be otherwise with any questions you may have.
When booking a deposit of 25% of the rent to pay, the balance is 4 weeks before departure.
In case of withdrawal from the house booking, the booking amount will be refunded 100% up to 60 days before arrival and 50% if canceled between 30 and 60 days before arrival. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
Tourists must cancel by 23:59 on the due date prior to check in to receive a refund. The given time refers to the time zone of the holiday property in Portugal!
