An independent house in an old world residential colony. The epitome of a residential colony of old. With narrow roads, buildings close together,vehicles parked haphazardly on the narrow lane leading in. And not one house looks like the other. The house is located in the heart of the city. The house has been designed with space in mind. There is a garden(which needs upkeep), a couple of strange trees and a some grass in front There is bedroom downstairs with a living room, dining room and kitchen. There is one bedroom upstairs with a huge terrace which has view of the famous tiger hill. This is a typical middle class Indian neighborhood of the seventies.The place is very safe,especially for the ladies..About 7 minutes walk from the famous Bedford junction. Everything is a stones throw away. The house is walking distance(20 minutes) from the world famous Sims Park. This park was created in the 1800 with trees, that are that old. There is access to hotels, departmental stores, bank ATM and mobile phone shops within walking distance. The place is located in a crowded neighborhood so parties are not encouraged.Built in the old world style, there is toilet(Squat style) available outside the house.
