We needed a place to stay in North Lincolnshire that was central to all the courses we intended to play. Beldon House was the perfect option. Easy to book and pay for. Friendly staff. The house was clean, spacious and everyone had their own room. Not only was it close to the golf courses, but walking distance from the town giving us the opportunity of going out in the evenings.Even before returning home, the group and I had started talking about returning to Beldon House for our 2026 golf tour because we enjoyed it so much.
Great communication throughout. Immaculate property. Bedrooms lovely all with own bathroom. Plenty of xommunal areas. Dining room perfect for our buffet, the oldies loved chilling in the large comfortable living area. The pool table was agreat hig, and tbe large well equipped kitchen becane our bar area. Wonderful stay, we will be back!
Good size house for all 23 of us, we made good use of all the rooms. Some maintenance needed in the games room, and some of the tv’s didn’t work and light bulbs missing but these were minor issues. Overall for the size of the property everything worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. We had a great week exploring the area, Brigg is a lovely town so a great location. Shame about the lack of garden for our 6 children but lots of parking! The house could improve with blackout blinds or curtains, too many early morning starts for most of us.
We were a family party of 16, 4 children 2.5 to 13 and 12 adults. The house is roomy and spacious, pool table excellent but darts broken for the dart board so couldn't play had to go out and buy some. Kitchen was okay, there is no garden though so anyone with animals you have to make sure they don't go near the road. No electric charging point for cars which i pointed out to the owner. It is an old property so expect clanky pipes etc. Manager met us at the property to explain the fire alarm but would have expected a booklet to advise of how to use things etc. Also, a few leaflets about the surrounding area and things to do would have been welcome. Lots of snagging work to do around the house and i sent an email to the owner of the things we found needed addressing. Of course NYE we paid in excess of double the price so would have expected better to be fair. We all enjoyed the house though and these are minor inconveniences. All crockery had to be washed again as it was dire but nothing stops us from having a good time and we enjoyed our time at the house just needs some attention.
