An absolute disgrace
Had problems with getting the code to get into the property, then got a message at 3pm to say there was plumbing issues & the stay was cancelled. Was stuck in London with nowhere to stay and considerable expense/time used to sort this out. Owner didn't seem to care that our visit was ruined, wish I could give zero stars

After booking this property months in advance and having comms with the owner even on the morning of check in about details of the check in, when we arrived at the property we had still not received the check in details and after trying to contact them for 1.5 hours we contacted Expedia for a refund and ended up booking a nearby hotel for 3x the amount of this property. Will be seeking compensation. I would highly recommend NOT booking this property.
