No hay personal en el hotel, lo manejan como si fuera un AB&B pero no lo es y solo atienen por whatsapp. No dejaron toallas suficientes, no dejan jabón para las manos, hay mucho ruido desde temprano porque el restaurante pone música fuerte al otro lado de la pared de la suite 1 desde las 7 a.m. De suite no tiene nada porque no tiene cocina, ni refrigerador, ni microondas, nada, solo dos camas y dos sillones. No hay privacidad porque no hay ni una división entre una cama y otra, es mas bien como un cuarto doble de hotel pero lo venden como suites. Entra muchísima luz. Teníamos una gotera o más bien un chorro de agua sucia cayendo del techo cada que alguien bajaba el baño en el piso de arriba, lo reportamos y nadie vino a resolverlo. En el restaurante nos dieron dos tazas de café manchadas con labial y la comida es terrible en este lugar.
