The Villa was great. Looks as advertised. Not handicapped accessible. Should have railings in pool and Hot tub. Perfect for a group of 8-10 people. Concierge sevice very necessary for navigating transportation and excursions.

Everyone we dealt with was very nice & helpful. There are several shops & eateries within walking distance however if you plan to go into Tulum or to beaches etc. you may find taxi’s expensive, renting a vehicle may be a less expensive option. We found the preferred payment seemed to be Mexican Pesos.
