Enjoy staying in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés with this quaint 1-bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this quaint 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on rue des Quatre-Vents in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 6th arrondissement — Saint-Germain-des-Prés — is one of Paris’s most elegant and intellectually rich neighbourhoods. Once the home of Hemingway, Sartre, and Simone de Beauvoir, the area still retains a refined bohemian character: the famous Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots are here, alongside excellent bookshops, art galleries, and a superb food market on Rue de Buci. The Luxembourg Gardens are a short stroll away, and the Seine, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame are all within comfortable walking distance.

Great location, with plenty of room within the apartment.Comfortable and lots of light. A bit of late night noise from the bar across the street. Check in was a bit confusing at first but worked well once I figured it out.

Ideal for a party of 2-4. In the heart of the Left Bank. Odeon. Metro/Bus connections to everywhere. Shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment may need some maintenance, other than that everything is as the listing says. Property Manager responsive.

Pro: Terrific location. Airy and bright. Lots of duvets and blankets. Good communication with host, who was responsive a polite. Secure door and locks. Con:Tired, run down suite with no visible effort to maintain, never mind update. Lumpy, tired furniture. Mismatched and broken kitchen untensils that have not been addressed since complaints in Aug 2025. Absolutely no kitchen hygiene products (paper towels, cleanser, wipes), except one sad sponge and a bit of dish soap. One small garbage can with a bag that is even smaller—practically useless (see photo). Unsecure toilet seat—that was fun!If you’re a larger person, it will be difficult to use the shower (although the tub has a hand shower). As others already noted, very slow refund of deposit. Check-in process was awkward: key pick-up and drop-off from a machine in a laundomat several blocks from the property (to be fair, the host accommodated us when we had to depart before the laundromat opened).Overall, a great location but similar to staying in a poor first-year student’s apartment. (Note the property is across the street from a bar and closing time can be noisy, though not the host’s fault.)

The apartment is very conveniently located at the center of St. Germaine de pre, easy to take metro to everywhere, and the neighborhood is very safe with a lot of restaurants arounds. The property management experience is to be improved. For example, the deposit via CityApartment is very slowed to get refunded back to me after check-out. It's been more than 2 weeks that I still have not received my deposit back.

so bad

in a paris cold spell, there was no heat in living room, kitchen or bathroom. inadequate space heaters were there, indicating this is chronic. management offered more small heaters, but in five days they were never produced. someone came, unannounced, while i was out - i was later told 'the landlady' - who went through and rearranged my personal property but did not fix the heat. after five days of cold i moved to a hotel. now two weeks later i have neither received a refund nor my security deposit. stay away.

Ouf!!! J'ai essayé de trouvé des points positif à cette hébergement mise à part la proximité du métro ou certains commerces j'ai été plus que déçu. À notre arrivé nous avons remarqué la saleté du plancher, la nappe sur la table de cuisine était salle et collante. Il y avait des toiles d'araignée dans la salle de bain. Nous avons du passer la balayeuse avant de nous installer. Lorsque nous avons ouvert le divan lit il y avait une boîte de friandise pour enfant qui était resté là. Naturellement la boite s'est vidé sur le plancher! Que dire du décor... Comme vous pouvez voir la nappe n'est pas comme sur les photos et les petites tables blanches du salon ne sont pas là non plus!!! Décor défraichit par manque d'amour. Divan lit pas confortable, nous avons du installer une planche et un coussin au centre en dessous du matelas afin de ne plus rouler au centre après la première nuit. Le quartier est très très très bruyant le soir, surtout la nuit au point de ne pas être en mesure de dormir! Même si les fenêtres sont fermées!!! Il y a beaucoup d'itinérant qui passe la nuit sur le trottoir en face. Ça cri, hurle toute la nuit jusqu'au levé du jour. Insupportable! Nous étions 4 adultes. Au début de la 2e semaine moi et ma soeur n'en pouvait plus de ne pas dormir. Nous avons décidé de prendre l'avion pour une visite de 4 jours à Marseille. Ce fût agréable de dormir dans un bon lit et d'avoir un sommeil de qualité à l'hotel. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.
