Sovereign Harbour is just behind our cottages where you can take a morning coffee, in the cafes or a fabulous lunch whilst watching the world go by, with superb yachts and sailing boats to peruse, or take a boat trip yourself, and see Eastbourne from the water. The Sovereign Harbour has direct access to the sea front , where you may take a flat walk onto the main promenade, see the Victorian hotels along the front and stroll out to sea on the 19th century Pier.
Visit the 1930’s bandstand. and the delights of further shops and eateries along with local shops and restaurants.

A modern vibrant feel with zesty colours and a fresh design.
The lounge has large 3-seater comfortable sofa, single armchair and footstool and an extending table. It's a bright and airy room with open plan design, for relaxing and dining.

From the lounge you gain access to the large Sunroom, which has French doors onto the patio area. a perfect retreat for the evening or a afternoon nap.

The new kitchen has been fully equipped, a modern space with plenty of room to cook a meal or snack

Bedroom one has fitted mirrored wardrobes, a king-sized bed, dressed in beautiful floral Joules bedding, and co-ordinating curtains.

Bedroom two, has a nautical vibe with crisp navy and white Joules bed linen, 3ft twin beds and a mirrored fitted wardrobe. A bright, light room suitable for adults or children.

Bed linen and towels are provided with a small selection of complimentary toiletries for the beginning of your holiday.

Bathroom has a standard walk- in shower (unfortunately not suitable for disabled guests due to the width of access).
Outside - a sunny terrace where there is a family sized Dining table and chairs with cushions for your comfort.
