Struttura situata in posizione centrale, infissi un po' datati ma arredamenti nuovi e ben messi. Qualche pecca minore (mancava la carta igienica, un bidet era staccato dal pavimento) ma la principale è relativa alle condizioni del giardino, con l'erba alta più di mezzo metro
