If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
