De Paradijsvogel is a wonderful holiday villa, quietly located in a small-scale park next to the Rijsterbos within walking distance of the IJsselmeer in the picturesque village of Rijs. The Bird of Paradise lives up to its name, a small paradise in beautiful surroundings. The villa is energy neutral and equipped with solar panels and a solar boiler.

The single-storey villa has a very spacious and luxurious bathroom with double shower, bath and large sink. The bathroom has plenty of bath towels, lovely bath and shower gel and a hairdryer. There is also a spacious separate toilet with extra urinal.

A wide corridor leads to the spacious bedrooms (3 x 2 persons) with wonderful box-spring beds and down duvets. From the hallway you can walk straight to a nice separate terrace with a lovely lounge area. Especially in the morning it is wonderful to stay there in the sun.

The large living kitchen has a super modern kitchen with an induction hob, coffee filter machine, espresso machine, steam oven, a combination oven (oven/microwave), dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination. The living room has a lovely lounge sofa, smart TV and sound system. The villa overlooks the garden and farmlands. From the room you can walk straight onto the lovely outdoor terrace, equipped with lounge sofas, a garden set, parasols and barbecue.

De Paradijsvogel is fully equipped and has its own double parking space.
