Apartment IV30 (Haus Delphin) (Istria - Vrvari)

It is located on the eastern side of Poreč, more precisely in the town of Varvari, which is 2.5 km from the center of Poreč. The house has four air-conditioned accommodation units, three studio-apartments for two people and one child up to twelve years old, and one apartment for four people. The house has an internet connection, more precisely Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning. Within the house there is a paved courtyard with a swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas. A fireplace with a charcoal grill is available for guests, as well as a large table for dining and socializing in the fresh air. Parking is provided for guests within the house. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The owner of the house lives in the house. Groups of young people under the age of twenty-two (22) are not allowed in this facility. The apartment/studio is located on the first floor.
