Apartment Emanuela I is one of two apartments in the Silver Holiday House. It is located on the ground floor, on the left side of the house, overlooking the landscaped garden. It covers an area of 50 m2 and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living room with a dining area, and satellite TV. The bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. From the living room, there is access to a private terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the garden view and relaxing outdoors. Guests have access to a shared pool, a landscaped garden with a barbecue area and garden furniture, as well as one parking space per apartment. The owners live on the upper floor of the house and are always available to assist or advise guests while fully respecting their privacy.
