Nice Apartment, nice town

We really enjoyed staying in the Apartment and Federica always helped with any questions or problems. We liked the view from the balcony to the Patio and the location of the flat was great - in the middle of the old town, but nevertheless quiet

Zentral und schön

Eine schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum, die uns gefallen hat. Alles war dabei und in guter Ordnung. Das einzige Problem war eine Aussage, dass ein Parkplatz dabei war. Anscheinend ein Fehler auf der FeWo Website.

Kleines aber feines Apartment in top Lage!

Das Apartment bietet so ziemlich alles was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. Die Lage ist top. Mitten in Novigrad.. einer Stadt die noch nicht ganz so überlaufen ist wie die anderen. Preis/Leistung ist auch super. 5 Sterne. Wir kommen wieder.

Nettes Apartment mitten in der Altstadt

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage. In der Küche ist das nötigste für die Zubereitung kleiner Mahlzeiten vorhanden. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei, dafür der Fernseher "leider" gar nicht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und gut erreichbar.

Super schöne Wohnung!

Es hat alles super geklappt. Von der Buchung, über Check in bis hin zu Fragen an den Vermieter. Schnelle Antworten, sehr freundlich ! Die Wohnung war sauber und wirklich sehr schön und geräumig ! Gute Anbindungen an Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch viele kulinarische Angebote in der Umgebung 👍🏼

Tutto perfetto

Ottima posizione, nella zona pedonale ricca di ristoranti, negozi, bar. A pochi passi dal porticciolo e dalla fermata del trenino turistico che porta alle spiagge. L'appartamento era pulito e attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Ottimo per coppie o famiglie con un bambino (anche piccolo). Proprietaria molto gentile e sempre a disposizione, anche se non presente in loco. Molto consigliato!

Kommen gerne wieder!

Können uns unserem Vorredner nur anschließen. Es war ein sehr schönes Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Wir waren 11 Tage vor Ort. Es ist alles zu Fuß super erreichbar. Die kleine "Souvenir Straße" ist gleich ums Eck so wie alles andere auch. Danke für das tolle Appartement Federica. ;)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und können uns wirklich nicht beschweren. Das Apartment ist in der Innenstadt von Novigrad, weswegen auch ein Grundlevel an Lärmbelästigung erwartet werden muss - jedoch bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man davon nahezu nichts. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, wir haben vor allem auch den kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof sehr erfreulich gefunden. Küche und Bad sind mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es gibt auch genügend Stauraum in der Wohnung - um genau zu sein für uns zu viel. Wir waren nur 6 Tage hier, in der Wohnung könnte man vermutlich auch 3 Wochen mit dem kompletten Haushalt drin wohnen. Zum Check-In: Federica hat uns Anweisungen gegeben, wo man parken kann, wie man dort hin gelangt und wie man in die Wohnung kommt. Im Haus gibt es auch eine Parkkarte, mit der man das Auto kurzfristig auch direkt vor dem Apartment abstellen kann zum ein- und ausladen. Von daher auch kein Problem. Beim Check-In war Federica leider nicht da, sodass uns ihre Mutter freundlich in Empfang nahm - die allerdings nur Italienisch (soweit wir wissen) spricht. Verständigung mit Hand und Fuß war trotzdem möglich.

An extremely comfortable and well equipped property right in the heart of beautiful Novigrad.

Close to shops, restaurant and beach, but very peaceful. We enjoyed breakfast on the sunny roof terrace. Would definitely recommend Frederica's beautiful apartment.

Eine moderne und sehr schöne Wohnung, mit gleichzeitig mediterranem Flair :)! Die Vermieterin Frederica Buratto war sehr flexibel, herzlich und super hilfsbereit!! Novigrad ist ein traumhaftes kleines Fischerdörfchen und das Meer, der Hafen, Supermarkt und Essenslokale liegen keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt! Kleine künstlerische Läden säumen die Strassen und unterstreichen den romantischen Charme von Novigrad. Wir haben schon den nächsten Aufenthalt dort geplant! :)

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen, zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung hat einen schön eingerichteten Wohn-Essbereich mit Fernseher und deutschem Programm. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß und hat ein neues gut abdichtendes Fenster. Im Umfeld gibt es viele Restaurants, Cocktailbars und Kneipen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ruhig gelegen und hat einen kleinen Innenhof. Vom kleinen Balkon sieht man in den Innenhof. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Vermieterin ist sehr fürsorglich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir hatten Probleme mit den WLAN, die sie schnell gelöst hat. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort und haben von dort aus schnöde Radtouren gemacht, auf ausgeschilderten Radwegen. Es war einschöner Urlaub.

Aufenthalt im September 2017

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Novigrad. Unser Aufenthalt im September war leider mit vielen Regenschauern durchzogen und etwas kühler als in anderen Jahren. In der Wohnung selbst ist eigentlich alles Notwendige vorhanden. Leider fehlten bei uns zum Genissen des kroatischen Weines die entsprechenden Weingläser. Abends ist es auf Grund der Musik der Strassencafés etwas laut zur Schlafzimmerseite hin.

A very confortable, clean and beautifully placed apartement in the centre of fishermen village. Easily contactable, very friendly and helpful owner :) We found a place as it was presented on the photos. Close to anything we needed to get to. I would recomend fully! Definitely going back next year...if not earlier!!! :)

Fantastico

L'appartamento è fantastico meglio che in foto. Pulito e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Fede è molto simpatica e disponibile e fa di tutto per farti soggiornare al meglio. Novigrad è una cittadina a misura d'uomo tranquilla e allo stesso tempo piena di attività interessanti da fare. Il mare è bellissimo e la spiaggia si può raggiungere in 5 minuti a piedi. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e stiamo pensando di ritornarci anche il prossimo anno.

Comodo e accogliente!

Siamo stati a Novigrad per il ponte del 2 giugno. L'appartamento è molto bello ed è situato in posizione ottimale, in quanto si trova in pieno centro storico ma comunque vicino al mare (a 50 metri di passeggiata); una volta parcheggiato quindi, è possibile godersi la vacanza senza mai spostare l'auto. L'impressione è che l'immobile sia appena stato ristrutturato e tutto era molto pulito. Federica, la nostra referente, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni che ci erano necessarie per goderci il weekend. Il centro di Novigrad offre un buon numero di ristorantini ed anche qualche bel locale per fare aperitivo sul lungo mare. Insomma, l'appartamento è stato una bella scoperta e lo consiglio vivamente per una vacanza in Croazia!

Accogliente con sorpresa prosecco

Appartamento super consigliato, piccolino e dotato di tutti i comfort per una vacanza di coppia al mare. Pulito e ben organizzato negli spazi la bottiglia di prosecco in frigo e' stata una piacevole sorpresa per iniziare bene le nostre vacanze. Lo consigliero' e magari ci tornero'. Nice flat very well organised with good finishing and with all the necessary comfort for a couple summer holiday. Clean and right in the village center the prosecco bottle was a good starting for nice holiday.I will tell my friends about this, and hopefully come back.
