Lovely apartment, located few kilometers from Poreč, in a relaxing area with tennis court and swimming pool available for guests.
The apartment is modern, very bright and peaceful. It consists of two spacious rooms: one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed; bathroom with shower and washing machine; fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) and a flat screen TV and air conditioning. There is also a large terrace where you can eat and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
You can park your car comfortably in the front of the main entrance.
The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The apartment is a lovely family vacation.
The beach is just 4 km from the Residence (Materada and Lanterna) and beautiful Plava Lagoon and Zelena Lagoon are just 10 km away, where you can find different types of sports and fun activities.
