New villa with pool and whirlpool on the outskirts of the city of Poreč

Villa Mihatovici is located on the northern edge of the city of Poreč, about 5 km from the beach and the center, ideal for a quiet and relaxing summer vacation.
The villa is at the end of the village of Mihatovici, surrounded by trees and a few houses, with a view of the sea.
It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extra toilet, kitchen and dining room, living room, terrace, garden with pool.
2 bedrooms are comfortably furnished, each with their own bathroom, flat screen TV on the wall, air conditioning and a shared terrace, ideal for couples; 2 bedrooms are small, each have 2 separate beds and could be used as a children's room.
Rooms are air-conditioned. Parking for several vehicles belongs to the house. The yard is completely fenced.

Ground floor:
- modern kitchen, dining room, living room
- extra toilet with washing machine

- bedroom with private bathroom
- Bedroom 2 with a private bathroom

Garden:
- Pool, jacuzzi, grill, children's toys

For months of June, July and August arrival and departure day only possible on SATURDAY or SUNDAY. For all other months arrival and departure day is flexible.
Jacuzzi is in the garden. In the season from October 15th to April 15th, a heating fee of EUR 20 per day will be charged for using the hot tube. The fee is calculated for the entire stay.

Towels, bed linen, tea towels are provided and are changed weekly.
Village Mihatovici with 120 inhabitants is far away from the crowd and yet only 5 km away from the well-known tourist center Porec and all its contents.
