Villa Salute is located in the centre of the picturesque and lively Istrian town of Višnjan. Located 7 km from the sea, this villa is the perfect place for lovers of tradition and a rich tourist program.



Villa Salute can accommodate 12 people in its 350 m2 in 5 spacious and harmoniously decorated bedrooms, which are connected to 5 bathrooms with bathtub and shower cabin. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room that can accommodate 12 people, and a living room decorated with a piano and a fireplace around which there are sofas for gathering family or friends. In the courtyard of the villa, surrounded by 10 deckchairs, there is a beautiful 60m2 swimming pool with jacuzzi pumps, outdoor grill, kitchen and fireplace. There is also a separate room with a sauna and a shower cabin in the yard. Entertainment facilities in the villa include table tennis, table football, bicycle, sauna and children's playground.



The gastronomic offer of the town of Višnjan, with its wine cellars and taverns, is rich in quality local specialties and seafood. Višnjan will win you over with its romantic evenings in the rich summer offer of music concerts, film screenings, festivals and fairs.

Das Haus ist traumhaft und bietet ausreichend viel Platz für 10 Personen! Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einen angrenzenden Bad ausgestattet. Dazu der tolle Pool, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Hauses und im Garten… sehr schön! Eine tolle Küche mit dem angrenzenden Wohnzimmer und einem großen Tisch um gemeinsam zu Essen und Zeit zu verbringen, runden das Bild ab.Auch draußen, der Grillbereich, bietet ausreichend Platz für alle, um schöne gemeinsame Stunden zu verbringen. Dazu noch die Sauna, die wir bei einem etwas kälteren Tag gut nutzen konnten, wunderschön.An manchen Stellen merkt man dem Haus allerdings auch an, dass seit der Modernisierung 2018 etwas Zeit vergangen ist. Die Schiebetüren sind teilweise verzogen und schließen nicht mehr richtig, an etwas kälteren Tagen zieht es dann doch hier und da. In jedem Raum sind Fernseher, die aber nicht genutzt werden konnten, da die Satellitenschüssel keinen Empfang hatte. Zur Kücheneinrichtung wiederhole ich mich zu anderen Bewertungen… viele Bratpfannen und nur eine noch so eben nutzbar. Alle ärgern sich, aber es wird anscheinend keine neue Bratpfanne angeschafft - dem könnte man doch schnell Abhilfe schaffen!Aber unser Gesamteindruck war sehr positiv, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und alle 10 Personen würden Villa Salute weiterempfehlen. Auch der Ort hat uns mit dem Supermarkt, der tollen Pizzeria und der Konoba, in unmittelbarer Nähe, positiv überrascht. Višnjan liegt direkt an der Autobahn und damit ist auch die wunderschöne Umgebung perfekt zu erkunden! Hvala - für diese unvergesslichen und wunderschönen Tage!

Wir sind mit 10 Personen angereist. Das Haus war für die Personenanzahl sehr komfortabel. Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, ist super!In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden (Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Teller, Tassen, Gläser, etc.). Das Haus ist sehr geräumig - auch die Terrasse mit Grillplatz.Aufgrund der Hitze waren die Klimageräte notwendig. Leider haben diese in den Zimmern nicht so gut funktioniert. Mit Lüften hat das Schlafen trotzdem funktioniert. Das Haus ist ca. 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, wobei wir immer ein bisschen weiter gefahren sind, da waren die Strände nicht so überfüllt.

Tophuis met veel ruimte en comfort. Echt genoten van de tuin met buitenhaard en het mooie zwembad. Alles was keurig schoon. Bij alle slaapkamers een ruime, schone en comfortabele badkamer. Een prachtige ruime keuken. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving, Pula, Porec, aquapark, karten, grotten. Prima mogelijkheden in het dorp zelf om iets simpels te eten met kinderen. Her en der wat kleine onderhoudspuntjes aan het huis (groene rand bij het zwembad, enkele stopcontacten buiten geven geen stroom, schilderwerk bij de airco’s (vocht) afgebladderd. Verder liggen er diverse (koeken)pannen, de meeste zijn echter niet geschikt voor de inductiekookplaat (dat was wel even zoeken voordat we begrepen dat het niet aan de kookplaat lag). Eigenlijk is er slechts één koekenpan die werkt op de plaat en deze is dan ook goed gebruikt :-). De airco’s hebben moeite om de slaapkamers goed koel te houden. Echer details, die in het niet vallen bij het ervaren comfort.
