It was built in the traditional Istrian style and completely renovated preserving the beautiful, original elements of stone and wood. On the ground floor are living and dining area with kitchen, while bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Especially the combination of modern and traditional materials makes the stay in the house so pleasant. In the small, fenced garden is the swimming pool with sun terrace, loungers and parasol. Next to it is a covered terrace with dining table and the barbecue. If you want to see different activities and a rich cultural heritage, Porec with its surroundings is the right choice.

A well maintained, beautiful house. The yard is not large but has a nice swimming pool and a gorgeous old tree that provides excellent shade from the hot sun. The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and nice. They made efforts to help us in every possible way. We had a very nice vacation there.

Schönes altes Haus, ausreichend ausgestattet. Nicht zu empfehlen fĂŒr Leute die Ruhe suchen. Umgebung ist laut, da die Unterkunft mitten im dorfkern steht, alle HĂ€user stehen dicht beieinander und sind bewohnt, meistens von Kroaten selbst mit Familie.

Wir hatten mit eine Gruppe von 9 Personen gut Platz in diesem hĂŒbschen Steinhaus. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber dort und völlig ausreichend, schön gelegen unter einen schattigen Baum. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden im Haus, fĂŒr die Klimaanlagen waren wir wĂ€hrend der beiden Tage sehr dankbar. Die Vermieterinnen sind sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in Sichtweite, zum Meer ist man mit dem Auto schnell. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub!

In Kroatien sind GĂ€ste scheinbar unerwĂŒnscht

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war wunderbar es ist alles vorhanden was fĂŒr einen schönen Urlaub benötigt wird. Jedoch habe ich in den letzten Jahren vor Ort noch nie so eine Abzocke erlebt wie dieses Jahr. Wenn man einen Einkaufsbummel in Porec macht und in die GeschĂ€fte geht wird man sofort bedrĂ€ngt und genötigt etwas zu kaufen. Wenn man es sich erlaubt nach dem Preis zu fragen und diesen hinterfrĂ€gt wird man sofort aus dem GeschĂ€ft unhöflich hinaus begleitet. Aber der Gipfel ist wenn man in Porec Essen gehen möchte und die Speisekarten die ja ĂŒberall an der LokalitĂ€t aufgebaut sind betrachten möchte, dann wird man sofort angesprochen und genötigt platz zu nehmen. Kommt man dieser Aufforderung nicht nach, wird man sogar beschimpft als geiziger Deutscher als armer Mann der sich das Essen hier nicht leisten kann. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern fast tĂ€glich einmal in Restaurant zum Essen haben im Schnitt ca. 200 € bezahl und das ich mich da anpöppeln lassen muss ist sehr traurig. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht mehr nach Kroatien reisen da wir festgestellt haben das wir dort nicht mehr erwĂŒnscht sind.

Ruhiger schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage die man ĂŒber eine Fernbedienungen selbst einstellen kann. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Baum am Pool spendet natĂŒrlichen Schatten. Morgends kommt ein Auto und hupt, das ist der Brötchen Lieferant. Es gibt 2 KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke in der KĂŒche, sehr praktisch, 1 fĂŒr GetrĂ€nke und 1 fĂŒr Lebensmittel. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Tolles Fereinhaus wie man es in Kroatien erwartet

Es sit ein sehr schönes großes Haus mit Allem was des Herz begehrt. Ein toller Pool direkt vor der Veranda, eine weiterer Balkon/Terrasse die als FrĂŒhstĂŒcks- und am Abend als Spielzimmer (Karenspiele usw.) sehr schöne war. Das Haus ist zu drei Seiten mit einen Zaun versehen und ist gut abgeschiermt zu den Nachbarn/Strasse. Es sind fĂŒr 4 Peronen Liegen und ausreichend StĂŒhel sowie Auflagen vorhanden. Das sehr große Wohn-/Esszimmer inncl. KĂŒche ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat auch einen großen Kamin, Sat-TV, Stereoanlage, DVD uvm. Ebenfalls ist eim EG auch noch ein seperats WC und die Waschmaschine. Im ersten OG sind zwei sehr schöne gerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Klimaanlage und eine zusĂ€tzlich mit TV und Kindergitterbett. Ebenfalls ist auch hier ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. im zweiten OG sind nochmals zwei weitere Schlafzimmer auch jeweils mit Klimaanlage und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist auch ganz oben. Das Ferienhaus eignet sich sehr gut fĂŒr Paare mit Kinder und Hund.

Besser als auf den Fotos

Wir waren 7 NĂ€chte in diesem Haus und haben es absolut genossen. Wir waren zu 10. und der Platz genau ausreichend. Sehr ruhiger Ort mit sehr wenig anderen Touristen. Die Gastgeber sind auch sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit ansprechbar. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung.

Un endroit accueillant dans un environnement calme et proche de Porec

Nous avons bien apprécié la taille de la maison, le fait qu'elle soit sur 3 étages. La piscine, bien que petite, est trÚs agréable. Nous avons adoré la terrasse pour manger et passer de bons moments à l'extérieur. TrÚs bonne expérience globalement.

Perfekt hus för mÄnga

Huset var fantastiskt, precis som beskrivningen. Rymligt för mÄnga. Ett hÀrligt matbord utomhus under tak dÀr vi Ät alla vÄra mÄltider i skugga, ett plus i vÀrmen. VÀrdarna var super proffsiga och var alltid hjÀlpsamma vid behov. Det enda jag kan pÄpeka som var mindre bra var lÀget, att man var tvungen att ta bilen överallt. Men det fungerade bra ÀndÄ. Men helhetsintrycket var mycket positivt.

Oase mitten im kleinen Ort

Gepflegtes Steinhaus, Eckreihenhaus, jedes Zimmer Klima, Pool ausreichend, toller schattenspendender Baum, 5 Liegen, ausreichend Geschirr, sehr nette Vermieter, Mitten im Ort, Mini Supermarkt sehr nah fĂŒr das Nötigste, auch Semmeln fĂŒrs FrĂŒhstĂŒck, wenig Verkehr, Autowerkstatt gegenĂŒber, direkte Nachbarn einheimisch, ansonsten viele Ferienwohnungen/hĂ€user, zum Meer 4 Kilometer, RĂŒckweg ansteigend, die letzten Meter mit ordentlich Steigung, aber mit dem Fahrrad noch machbar. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft. Leider war das Meer voller Quallen, sodass wir den Pool öfter genutzt haben als geplant.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben mit unserem 6 Monate alten Sohn Urlaub gemacht, sowie mit Schwager und SchwĂ€gerin uns Schwiegereltern. Die GrĂ¶ĂŸe ist auf jeden Fall ausreichend und das Meer sehr nahe zu erreichen. Auf jeden Fall bei Damjanic eine Weinprobe machen, ist nur 200m entfernt und es lohnt sich! Wir haben uns in FuĆĄkulin sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt :-)

Das Haus war wirklich prima. So wie online dargestellte. Die Vermieterin und Ihre Tochter sind sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Jedes Zimmer mit Klima... toll!! Jederzeit wieder. Einzig der Meerblick war nur in der obersten Etage sichtbar!! Wenn wir jetzt noch unsere Kaution ĂŒber die Agentur wieder bekommen ist alles toppi.

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Bis zum Meer mit dem Auto 15 min. In 100 m hab gab es ein kleines GeschĂ€ft, wo man Brot und das nötigste zim FrĂŒhstĂŒck laufen konnte. Spielplatz fĂŒr die Kinder war in 200 m entfernt. Im großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub dort verbracht
