It is a really nice house and pool. Nice and clean. It is located in a small, cozy town with three restaurants and several bars as well as a small supermarket. The location makes a car necessary. But it is easy to get around, for example to the beach and to larger cities. Can only be recommended!

Rund um ein super Urlaub

Vielen Dank das wir in diesem schönen Haus Urlaub machen durften.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alle haben sich wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war der Hauptaufenthaltsort von uns :-), das angeschlossene Poolhaus sensationell. Die Hunde haben den Garten sehr genossen.Kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants waren direkt im Ort.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage ***** und die super netten Gastgeber*****Am Abreisetag gab es für uns sogar noch Abschiedsgeschenk, sehr nett.Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt, die Mücken. Aber da kann keiner etwas dafür...Natur. Gut hilft eine Mückenspirale, die man unter den Tisch stellen kann und natürlich Spray.Danke für alles, liebe Korin & lieber Albert LG von den Lüneburgern Frank, Kirsten, Denise, Sidney, Shirley und den Vierbeinern Abby und Luna

Istrisch vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien

Mooi en schoon vakantiehuis voor max 6 personen. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers met toilet. In badkamers handoeken aanwezig en ook een föhn.Woonkamer met bank en smarttv, waar je kunt inloggen op o.a. netflix. Keuken zit aan woonkamer en voorzien van vaatwasser, koffiezetapparaat (filter) gasfornuis en oven. Inventaris aanwezig, je hoeft niets mee te nemen! In de kelder, via buiten bereikbaar, is er een pooltafel en tafelvoetbal aanwezig. Een echte mancave! Leuke plek om je te vermaken. Bij het zwembad staan ligbedden en er is een zithoek. Tevens is er een tuinhuis met kleine keuken met inventaris, koelkastje, box om spotify op af te spelen, dartbord, spelletjes, zoals badminton, voetbal en padel (de grote tuin is voorzien van een net!), tafel met banken, heerlijk om te zitten voor als je de bbq aansteekt of s' avonds en er is een buitendouche en toilet aanwezig. De eigenaren Alfred en Korin zijn zeer gastvrij. Ze kunnen boodschappen voor de 1e dag voor je regelen en mocht er iets zijn kun je ze altijd bereiken. Ze spreken Duits en Engels. Op feestdagen is er erg weinig open, daar moet je wel rekening mee houden. Vanuit Svetvincenat is het goed te doen om diverse bezienswaardigheden te bekijken. Genoeg folders en info in het huis om je daarop te kunnen oriënteren. Zeer de moeite waard om dit vakantie huis te boeken.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit als Familie mit Kids und Teenagern, tolle Unterkunft wie im Internet beschrieben, super Lage in einem kleinen schönen Ort abseits vom Massentrubel und guter Lage für kurze Wege zu vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten Kommen gerne wieder! Wir waren einfach begeistert von dem großen Haus. Die Besitzer des des Hausen waren sehr freundlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft alles gezeigt und Informationen zu Ausflügen gegeben. Die Sauberkeit ist auf einem erstklassigen Niveau. Es gibt insgesamt 4 Klimaanlagen die an heißen Tagen für eine gute Abkühlung im Haus sorgen. Der Pool war perfekt, sehr sauber, gepflegt und nicht einsehbar. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder

Tolle Unterkunft in Svetvincenat

Super tolle, hundefreundliche und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegtes Grundstück. Die Eigentümerin Alfredo und Korin sind sehr nett, alles verlief reibungslos und Alfredo stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Meer sowie Rovinj und Pula waren innerhalb von 20-30 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für den tägl. Bedarf gibt es 2 kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, sowie 3 Restaurants, wovon wir aber nur 2 (Pizzaria und Burger) öfter genutzt haben. Nächst größere Einkaufmöglichkeit gibt es in ca 10 Fahrminuten in Zminj. Alles in allem ein für uns ziemlich perfekter Urlaub es dem es an nichts fehlte

Einfach Traumhaft

Es war ein wundervoller Familien Urlaub! Das Haus ist einfach Klasse… sauber, Pool der Hammer, alles in einem Note 1+++ Die Gastgeber sind mega Freundlich und Nett. 30 min zum Strand Nähe Pula, ( bisschen weit) Svetvinčenat ein kleinen idyllisches Dorf mit 3 Pizzerien, Eisdiele Trattoria , Dorfladen, Apotheke… schöne Burg… 🏰 Ich kann’s mir jedem weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool im Zentrum von Istrien

Von der Ankunft bis zum Check out war alles perfekt, wir sind von Alfred und seiner Frau sehr nett begrüßt worden, auch die Kommunikation mit Alfred war schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus hat uns mehr als wir dachten fasziniert. Es war alles da was man zum Genießen braucht. Die Kinder konnten im Spielzimmer oder im Garten sich vergnügen oder die Erwachsenen im Pool relaxen. Am Abend beim Grillen oder auf der Terrasse bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten auch bequem. Die Klimaanlage war top. Vielen Dank herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit im Haus von Alfred und Korin.

Lovely holiday

We spent a magnificent week in this most comfortable and appealingly decorated domicile and enjoyed all the amenities, especially the refreshing pool with its lovely surroundings and the fully equipped summer-house next to it. In the evenings we enjoyed a thrilling game of billiards in the basement. The house lies ideally situated in a neat medieval village with the historic castle in its centre and offers various options of restaurants, pizzerias and pubs, all within walking distance. And it only takes a maximum of thirty minutes to reach mostly all the sightseeing places along the coast as well as the countryside, which is also worth a visit. Thanks again to Korin and Alfred for your hospitality and for the homemade souvenir which we very much appreciate!

Sehr schönes Haus!

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit toller, sehr gepflegter Aussenanlage. Ganz nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter. Die Ausstattung ist super und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der große Pool mit Grill und Aussenküche ist ein absolutes Highlight. Der Ort liegt sehr zentral und man kann von dort aus schnell überall in Istrien hin fahren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
