Modern holiday house in quiet surroundings, with a large garden and swimming pool, surrounded by nature, only 7 minutes from the nearest beach.

This nicely decorated holiday home, far from other houses, with a pool and large garden in a green area of ​​the small village Brgod and near Labin and Rabac in Istria, is only a few kilometres from the beach.
The beaches in Rabac, surrounded by crystal clear waters, are known as the most beautiful of the peninsula of Istria.

The small fishing village Trget in a 7 minute's drive from the house, has cosy pebble beaches and a dog beach. Trget has two restaurants/bars and a small grocery store.

Close by is the charming medieval town of Labin is well-known for its cafés, fine fish and seafood restaurants and rich cultural life, including concerts and jazz and classical music festivals that take place throughout the summer. Four large supermarkets are in Labin and there are several small shops.

The holiday home has three bedrooms with three bathrooms, an open kitchen and a large living room. The beautiful, covered terrace overlooks the pool, and Mediterranean plants in the garden.

Electricity and heating costs, bed linen, the final cleaning and the tourist tax are included in the booking price. Towels, tea towels, etc. are available. Please bring your own beach towels.

The peninsula of Istria is almost completely surrounded by the crystal clear blue Adriatic Sea. All beaches in Croatia are public. You can rent a beach bed on most of the beaches near the city in Istria.
The holiday home is only 12 km away from Rabac. The beaches in Rabac are only a 15-minute drive away. In our opinion, Rabac has the most beautiful beaches in the region of Istria. There are many restaurants and bars.

Alles war perfekt gepflegt und makellos sauber, was unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang an sehr angenehm gemacht hat.Zum anderen möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters besonders loben. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war der Vermieter stets ansprechbar, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Perfekt für Ruhesuchende mit Hund: der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, Spazierwege sind direkt vor der Haustür! Alles sehr sauber. Sehr netter und flexibler Vermieter. Küche sehr gut bestückt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön war, dass wir das Haus bereits um 15:00 Uhr beziehen konnten. Eine tolle Überraschung: Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit vielen Leckereien gefüllt – ein wirklich liebevoller Willkommensgruß!Das Haus selbst ist super – hell, einladend und sehr gemütlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos auch selbst kochen kann. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, komplett eingezäunt und damit ideal für Urlaub mit Hund. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolute Ruhelage – hier kann man wirklich abschalten und entspannen.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: In einem der Badezimmer gibt es statt einer Duschtür nur einen Vorhang, was leider dazu führt, dass nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser steht. Ansonsten war aber wirklich alles top – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 4 Personen und einem gebucht und sind anstandslos begeistert. Kommunikation und Service sind einfach herzlich und über das Maß hinaus, was wir bisher in Urlauben kannten.Das Haus und die Außenflächen sind ordentlich, sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man benötigt (Ausstattung, Reinigungsmittel, Gewürze etc.) Der Willkommenssnack im Kühlschrank inkl. Wein waren zusätzlich noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Hier freut man sich auf seine Gäste und versucht Ihnen einen perfekten Urlaub zu bieten. Mit dem Auto ist vom Haus alles schnell und einfach erreichbar - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strände, Buchten etc.Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen und angenehmen Urlaub und empfehlen dieses Objekt sowas von weiter und werden bestimmt selbst auch nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein. Hundeinfo: Tolles, komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, auch für große Hunde.

Fantastisch rustig gelegen vakantiehuis

Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad.Toen we aankwamen stond de koelkast vol lekkere hapjes en drankjes echt een warm welkom. Het huis was erg schoon voldoende handdoeken en van alles voorzien. De tuin en het zwembad zijn echt prachtig en hou je van rust dan kan je hier heerlijk relaxen.

Urlaub in schöner Natur

Das Haus liegt ziemlich in Alleinlage. Für Ruhesuchende einfach optimal. Um einkaufen zu gehen, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Fahrrad fahren ist dort nicht so geeignet. Man kommt aber in 45 Minuten nach Pula und Rabac erreicht man auch in 20. Minuten. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und wurden auch mit einem schönen und leckeren Imbiss erwartet. Absolut empfehlenswert

Zu Fuß einkaufen, zum Strand gehen, oder zum Essen gehen ist nicht möglich. Wir hatten einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub! Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein gedeckter Tisch mit Schinken/Wurst/Fischcreme und verschiedenen Käsesorten, Brot und Obst, sogar Wein. Vielen Dank dafür!! Vanja hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und sofort eine Lösungsmöglichkeit. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Pool zum Wohlfühlen. Die Sonnenschirme konnten so platziert werden, dass auch im Pool Schatten war. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Absolute Klasse, tolles Feriendomizil für Familien und Haustiere. Super netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer, Empfang war königlich, Schinkenplatte,verschiedene Käse ,Obst, verschiedene Brote, Fischcreme, Fischchen und vieles mehr, für uns ein komplettes Abendessen und so mussten wir nicht mehr los und konnten in Ruhe ausladen und der Urlaub hatte schon da begonnen! Traumhafter Bungalow ❤️

Der Bungalow liegt wirklich wunderschön in der Natur! Er ist das vorletzte Haus in einer Sackgasse. Perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht! Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber dieses hat uns auch aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage besonders gut gefallen! Wir waren zum Mountainbiken vor Ort und alles war perfekt! Die Umgebung ist Natur pur und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt!

Traumhaft ruhige Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, sogar ein Mixer und Pürierstab waren vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war tadellos, ein großes Lob an das Putzteam. Vanja kümmerte sich alle 2-3 Tage um die Poolpflege und fragte immer ob alles okay ist, er war sehr freundlich und hatte uns am Anreisetag ein köstliches Abendessen bereit gestellt. Wirklich Top👍 Am meisten haben wir die Ruhe und die Abgeschiedenheit des Hauses genossen, sowie natürlich den privaten Pool. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Supermoderne Unterkunft, in der es an nichts fehlt

Die Unterkunft ist top modern, super sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist top, Liegen, Hängesessel und Schirme machen es auch am heißesten Sommertag perfekt! Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und traumhaften Strände erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Vanja, der unter der Woche mehrmals zum Reinigen des Pools gekommen ist, war sehr nett! Jederzeit wieder!

Das schöne Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Ort Brgod. Die Ausstattung der Küche was hervorragend. Meine Gewürze, Essig und Öl hätte ich zu Hause lassen können. Vanja ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der sofort reagiert, wenn man ihn kontaktiert. Wenn man Nachtleben, Coktails oder Restaurants möchte, ist man nur eine kurze Autofahrt von Labin und Rabac (tolle Strände) entfernt. Wir hatten mit 5 Personen eine tolle Zeit!
