Newly built, modern decor and furnishings. With a private pool, air conditioning and a large living room. Only 7 km from the sea, the Villa Mirela is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

The location of the Villa, a small village Nedešćina, is located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. Restaurants, bank, supermarket are all within a few minutes form the house.

There are 5 bedrooms in the Villa. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, bathroom, and a small balcony with a large view to the surrounding nature and villages.

Herzlicher Empfang furch die Gastgeberfamilie mit einer istrischen Platte und Getränken Villa ist perfekt, genau nach Beschrieb Eher kleine Schlafzimmer Grosser Umschwung mit Pool Lauschige Terasse und Pavillon Separater Raum zum Essen und Verweilen Zum Abschlusd wurden wir noch mit Omletten verwöhnt Wir 3 Familien mit drei Teenagern

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie haben sich sehr gut um uns und auch um das Ferienhaus gekümmert. Der Pool wurde täglich gepflegt. Wir wurden regelmäßig gefragt ob wir Probleme oder Fragen haben. Wir danken sehr herzlich für diesen schönen Urlaub.
