Villa Gloria is located in a quiet village in Istria near the sea (only 8 km). The private pool of 24 sqm is located in a huge private garden of 1080 sqm. The garden is completely fenced and safe for children, with a swing-set, trampoline, children slide, a small toy-house for children, sunbeds around the pool and parasols.
A grill area is above the pool, with a stone built charcoal grill and a large dining table.

The house is nicely and modernly decorated. The ground floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, living room, kitchen and a dining room. The first floor has one more bedroom and bathroom. The basement has a very well equipped gym and game room - with fitness machines, table tennis, table football, billiard table and an electrical dart board.

Great place with a very convenient location. The villa can be your natural home for the time of sta.

The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent. The host was accommodating. She always responds to the messages and with all questions. It was our first visit to Croatia, and we loved it.

Vacation in Istria

Nice home. Not big but clean and nice pool. Supermarket Plodin 5 minutes by car, market in Labin (very poor compared to the Pula market) 10 minutes, Girondella beach (the best equipped beach in Rabaс) 20-25 minutes. Winery Matishka 5 minutes walk. A wonderful stay for a reasonable price.

Really lovely stay. Accommodation comfortable . View from balcony is fab, short walk to shop and restaurant. Games room is fantastic and a well stocked second kitchen was a great surprise. There is only air con in the attic room and living room but we were lucky and it wasn’t too hot. Pool very refreshing! Thank you

Das Haus hat eine super Aufteilung und reichlich Platz.Der Grillplatz unten am Pool hat und super gefallen.Es gibt unten im Spielzimmer ebenfalls eine große Sitzgelegenheit und eine weitere voll ausgestatte Küche. Diese ist aber auch notwendig, da man nur durch die vordere Tür ins Haus gelangt.Der Pool und der Poolbereich inklusive Liegen war sauber und gepflegt.Ein Badezimmer unten ist ebenfalls vorhanden, sodass man nicht mit der Badekleidung ins Haus muss.Die Veranda vorne lädt morgens zum gemütlichen frühstück ein. Die Einrichtungen im Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenutensilien muss man sich aus beiden Küchen zusammen suchen. Für 8 Leute ist definitiv zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck da. Wir waren aber nur zu viert somit ging es.Der TV lief leider auch nicht, da kein Satellitenempfang da war.Die Bäder könnten auch erneuert bzw saniert werden. Die sind auch in die Jahre gekommen und viele Dinge sind nicht mehr gut befestigt. Die Lage ist gut. Es gibt ein kleinen Supermarkt und ein Restaurant im Ort sowie einige Weinkellereien. Im Restaurant haben wir zwei mal sehr gut gegessen. Labin ist mit Auto in 8 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es Lidl, Spar, Müller, DM usw.Rabac ist mit Auto in ca. 15 minuten erreichbar.Hier gibt es einen schönen Strand mit Promenade mit vielen Restaurants, Eisdielen und Souvenirshops.Lieder sind Hunde nicht mehr erlaubt, so dass wir nicht wieder kommen werden.

Positve:sehr unkomplizierter Check In Vorgang. Wir konnten bei der Anreise schon mittags das Haus beziehen . Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter Tolle Raumaufteilung im Haus und entspricht der Beschreibung im Internet. Für Familien mit Kindern perfekt –Außenbereich mit Pool und Grillecke absolut spitzenmäßig . Im Außenbereich nochmals separates Dusch- und WC Haus. geräumiger Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche, große Sitzgelegenheit und Freizeiteinrichtung (Dart, Billlard, Tischtennis, ect.)Verbesserungswürdig:insgesamt wirkt alles schon ein bisschen „in die Jahre“ gekommen. (Möbel, Sonnenschirme am Pool; ect). Figuren am Kicker teilwiese Kaputt und provisorisch repariert. Geschirr und Besteck ein Sammelsurium von unterschiedlichen Artikeln. Teilweise nicht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Leider nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im Zimmer im OG. Alles anderen Zimmern sind unklimatisiert und waren für uns dann doch leider unerträglich heiß. Am Pool herrscht ein Wespenplage, die teilwiese das Baden sehr eingeschränkt haben. Fazit: Prinzipiell ein wirklich tolles Haus und speziell für Familien mit Kindern top geeignet. Mit wenigen Investitionen (Inventar) würde dass Haus nochmals auf ein ganz anderes Level angeboben werden. Für uns ist die fehlende Klimaanlage in den weiteren Schlafzimmern ein Grund nicht nochmals zu buchen

Absolute Empfehlung – alles top!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Viel Platz, alles sauber und toll eingerichtet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, besonders an den warmen Tagen. Auch der Grillbereich war super – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Tolle Villa in super Lage. Alles sehr schön sauber. Im Ort gibt es ein kleines Geschäft und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir können es sehr empfehlen

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten.

Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte sind, dass man zum hinteren Garten mit Pool nur über die Haustüre vorne gelangt (allerdings gibt es unten noch eine Küche) und dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind bzw. die Türen quietschen.

Super Urlaub verbracht

Die Villa Gloria ist super. Großer Garten mit Pool, viele Freizeitbeschäftigungen wie Billiard, Tischtennis, Tischfußball usw. Einzige Kritik die wir hatten, dass nur der Wohnbereich klimatisiert ist. Wichtiger wäre es für uns, dass die schlafräume klimatisiert wären. Zum Meer sind es 15-20 Autominuten, was uns aber vorher klar war und es uns egal war. Alles in allem top Urlaub gehabt

Die Villa „Gloria“ ist richtig toll! Im Haus gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und nett!!!! Wenn man richtig in Kroatien genießen möchte, empfehle ich diese Villa auf jeden Fall!! Vielen Dank!!!

...perfekt für einen Urlaub, alle hatten was davon, die Jugend, die Erwachsenen und der Hund. Trotz schlechten Wetter konnten wir den Aufenthalt mit dem toll ausgestatteten Haus genießen. Auf jeden Fall zum Weiterempfehlen.

BUDI Urlaub mit Motorrad

Wir sind mit 2 Motorrädern und einem PKW angereist und haben sofort registriert, dass das Objekt wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es verfügt über 3 Etagen, mit 2 komplett und sehr modern ausgestatteten Küchen und mehreren Schlafzimmern und Bädern, somit ist auch Platz für größere Gruppen. Auch wenn die Sonne mal nicht ihr bestes gibt, ist vorgesorgt. In der unteren Etage sind professionelle Fitnessgeräte, Dart, Billard ebenso zu finden, wie ein Sat TV, ein Kamin und eine zweite modern und komplett eingerichtete Küche. Ich möchte den Leser nicht langweilen, indem ich hier alle high Lights aufzähle, erwähnen möchte ich aber noch den modernen Pool sowie die super überdachte Grillecke. Das Objekt ist komplett eingezäunt, so standen die beiden Goldwings sicher auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage ist ideal, als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren durch eine fantastische Landschaft. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank an Familie Kiršić ! Wir kommen gern wieder, dann aber als größere Motorradgruppe - versprochen :-) Herzliche Grüße Ute, Yves und Burckhardt aus Thüringen
