Last minute booking of beautiful house with large pool

The house is very nice with modern interieur and a very good climate control. The kitchen is well equipped and there were even towels for the pool. My highlight was the large and well maintained pool and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Ein Traum

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Wir werden es sehr vermissen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Geweldig!

We hebben 2 weken mogen verblijven het was heerlijk. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, is nog mooier in het echt. Je hebt wel een auto nodig voor je grote boodschappen. Wat ook te doen is, voor de rest kan je genieten van de kustlijn. Gastvrouw en gastheer, waren goed bereikbaar en vriendelijk. Kom tot je rust en geniet van Kroatie, zeker een aanrader!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Die Objektbeschreibung verspricht nicht zu viel - hier passt wirklich alles. Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Teenagern ein paar wunderschöne Tage hier verbracht. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns auf englisch eine sehr gute Führung zur Übergabe geboten hat und uns mit einem Obstkorb und einem Kühlschrank voller Getränke toll überrascht hat. Das Haus liegt ruhig an einer kleinen Nebenstraße und etwas abseits, daher ist ein Auto unentbehrlich. Der Pool ist der Hammer!

Würden wir immer wieder buchen.

Dieses Objekt ist absolut zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Nachbaren. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von einem jungen englisch sprechendem Mann aus der Nachbarschaft suoer eingewiesen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Perfekte Villa mit Pool

Alles war super. Die Lage ist ein bisschen außerhalb. Man braucht ein Auto für zb Supermarkt. Dafür liegt es sehr ruhig und man kann perfekt entspannen. Der Pool was super, auch die Wassertemperatur. Das Anwesen ist großzügig gestaltet. Es haben locker zwei Autos drinnen Platz zum parken.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen: das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es bestand ein sehr netter Kontakt zu dem Vermieter. Wir werden bestimmt gerne wiederkommen, sobald die Infrastruktur in dem kleinem, wachsendem Ort angepasst wurde.

erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr schöner Sommerurlaub, die Villa hat alles was man braucht, ist top ausgestattet, sie wurde 2020 erbaut, also so gut wie neu. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, hatte uns zu Beginn wichtige Tips gegeben. Nach der ersten Woche wurde sogar der Pool gereinigt, der Pool und die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls klasse. Wir können die Villa weiterempfehlen, man sollte aber ein Auto dabei haben, die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb.

Alles wie beschrieben

Netter Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Es wurde ein großer Obstkorb und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir wurden über alles informiert und auch mit Tipps versorgt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Außerdem wurden zusätzliche Handtücher bereitgestellt ebenso Poolhandtücher. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Rovinj oder Porec. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Sveti Lovrec, ein wirklich netter Ort.

Wunderbares Haus mit Pool

Super Haus mit tollem Pool. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr modern eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage, die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet und alles ist tip-top sauber! Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die alle Fragen sofort beantwortet haben. Ohne Auto geht allerdings nichts. Infrastruktur ist für das Nötigste in der nächsten Kleinstadt (Sveti Lovrec) vorhanden, für mehr muss man nach Vrsar oder Porec fahren (beide Städte absolut sehenswert). Dafür sind gute Konobas (istrische Küche) in der Nähe vorhanden. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub für uns als Familie!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und wir waren absolut zufrieden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Etwas außerhalb und ruhig gelegen aber man ist schnell in allen Richtungen bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Hafenstädten. Um das Haus herum sind einige Baustellen und man hört werktags etwas Baulärm. Für unser Kind war es spannend zuzuschauen und die Erwachsenen hat es nicht gestört. Und der Vermieter kann logischerweise nichts dafür. Die Fenster in den Schlafräumen lassen sich schlecht abdunkeln und man hat sehr früh ein hell erleuchtetes Schlafzimmer. In den südlichen Urlaubsregionen leider häufiger der Fall und daher haben wir selbst vorgesorgt. (dunkle Folie) Insgesamt ist das Haus TOP und der Kontakt zum Vermieter jederzeit perfekt. Wir haben auf jede Anfrage prompte und hilfreiche Antworten bekommen

Super Urlaub

Das ganze Objekt ist hochwertig ausgestattet und entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen. Der Kontakt ist jederzeit zu erreichen und regelt alles vorbildlich. Während unserem Aufenthalt war der Geschirrspüler defekt , er wurde umgehend am nächsten Arbeitstag repariert. Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt (Samstag). Dieses Objekt kann ich nur empfehlen und könnte mir vorstellen dort wieder Urlaubstage zu buchen.

My family of 4 and a friend stayed for a week, finally getting to Istria after numerous covid cancellations. The villa was excellent, communication was great and there were some welcome treats for us too! Highly recommended

Erholung in toller Umgebung

Das Haus und vor allem die Gastgeber hinterlassen sofort einen sehr guten Eindruck, der auch während des Aufenthalts so bleibt. Geschmackvoll und überaus vollständig ausgestattet, dazu in ruhiger Lage, haben wir es sehr genossen. Auch unser Gastgeber war stets für uns da und hatte gerne auch Tips für die nähere Umgebung.

Toller Urlaub in tollem Haus

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, das man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz und es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es waren genügend Handtücher, sogar Strandhandtücher vorhanden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Nebenort von Sveti Lovrèc und man ist trotzdem sehr schnell am Meer und in den kleinen Küstenstädtchen. Auch die Übergabe des Ferienhauses ging reibungslos, obwohl wir wegen erhöhtem Verkehrsaufkommen erst spät abends angekommen sind. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!
