Villa Nar is a newly built villa situated on an elevated position with wonderful panoramic view of the west coast of Istria and the sea. The villa lies on the edge of the picturesque village Sveti Lovrec, 14 km from Porec, 8km from the sea and 20 km from Rovinj. On its own enclosed property of 250 sqm with well-kept lawn it offers to the guests an swimming pool of 40 sqm, spacious covered terrace with sitting area, barbecue, sun chairs, outdoor shower and private parking in a fenced yard.
Villa Nar for 6 persons of 180 sqm on two floors is fully air conditioned. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and fireplace, satellite TV, dining room with dining table, fully equipped kitchen, here is also a double bedroom with private shower/toilet and extra toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and with access to the shared balcony with sitting area a panoramic view of the beautiful sunset.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers a WLAN, and biilliards and table tennis are avaliable for guests.
Surcharge for swimming pool heating (per week) 150,- Eur.
Villa Nar in Sv. Lovreč offers everything you could need on your vacation. Youth groups are not allowed.

Our stay in this villa was perfect, checkin was very easy, the villa has all the facilities you need, even more than that! We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks, the villa is spacious with a very big pool, everything you need is in this villa, staying in this villa is a real joy and a fantastic villa to relax, from this villa it is not far to go to every part in Istria, Antonelli and Dragan were very nice, always available and responded very fast to questions, we can recommend this villa to everyone!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa Nar sehr genossen. Sie ist liebevoll, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Durch den bereitgestellten Billiardtisch, die Tischtennisplatte sowie den Grill konnten wir schöne, gemeinsame und spaßige Tage verbringen. Auch die Ausstattung im Haus und die Gestaltung des Gartens gefiel uns sehr gut. Der Aufbau sowie die Größe des Pools überzeugten uns besonders, auch, wenn dieser etwas zu kalt war. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern begrüßt und verabschiedet.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gemütlichem Haus genossen und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und für uns immer erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes großes Bad und der Pool ist spitze. Wir können dieses Haus mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden selbst sofort wieder buchen.
