Villa Lapidea (280 m2) is set independently within its own lawned garden (2.500 m2) and large swimming pool (11 x 5 m), just outside the small local village, amongst peaceful countryside, next to the vineyards and pine woods, only five minutes from the medieval town of Motovun (Montona). Nestled between a quiet forest and idyllic green hills, it offers a chance to relax and connect with nature. For those who want to be always on the move, the surrounding countryside provides a great venue for hiking and biking. Close to all main transport infrastructures it is also an excellent starting point for exploring the region. Fully equipped kitchen with an elegant dining room provides all that is necessary for a satisfying eating experience. Rooms are characterised by high ceilings, highlighting the spacious and bright villa’s interior.

Facility is enclosed by a beautiful landscaped garden with ornamental trees, aromatic herbs and an all-season display of blooming flowers. Garden boasts a private swimming pool, a welcome respite in the heat of the day. An outdoor dining and lounge area with a separate lodge for grilling will transform the villa into a true party paradise. Villa is maintained weekly by a house cleaner (surcharge), a gardener and a pool cleaner.
