Large Villa, with Pool, home Cinema, 25 min. from Beach. Private EV charging

The country house "Villa Sandri" offers accommodation for 8 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet). There is a living room with fireplace, large dining room with kitchen, playroom plus a home cinema with theatre seats. Air conditioning and free WiFi throughout the house. Outside you will find a large terrace, partly covered, with a fantastic view and a pool of 8 x 4 meters. The coast with its many beaches and picturesque villages is 25 minutes by car.

For the use of the home cinema you need a laptop with HDMI connection. Amazon, Netflix etc. or your own films, anything can be screened.

You have your own charging station available in the parking lot. The charging costs (€0,45 per kWh) are calculated afterwards and settled with the landlord.

The country house "Villa Sandri" is fully equipped, especially the kitchen (renewed in 2025). It has tasteful furnishings, comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house was built and furnished not only as a rental property. It is fully equipped as a normal family house because it is only rented out when the owner is not using it. The house is located in a quiet location in the Mirna valley on the hill of San Bartolo, overlooking the picturesque town of Motovun. The nearest settlement is about 300 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are vineyards, woods, fields and an old church with cemetery.

Villa Sandri has been rented out part of the year for 20 years now and there have not really been any dissatisfied tenants so far. Bookings take place directly with the owner of the house.

A great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It was a great space to hang out in, cook, swim, read and even bake! Its so quiet and in a beautiful rural area a stones throw away from Motovun and lots of other places of interest. We loved our morning walks in this garden of eden abundant with flora and fauna. EV charging at the house was a real bonus too. Thanks so much to our hosts for providing the perfect place.

Beautiful home in a quiet setting

Our group of 8 friends thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. The owners have restored a very old property, giving it all modern conveniences but preserving the character of the place. Clean, equipped with everything you need, and exceptionally quiet location. Communication was fast and easy. Definitely recommended.

A Dream Vacation

We booked Villa Sandri for two weeks. Our son and daughter, and their families joined us to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The Villa exceeded all expectations. Beautifully situated in the country with amazing views, the villa met all of our needs, and more! We used the pool everyday, and ate all of our meals outside under the portico, which is surrounding by flowering plants. We have used VRBO many,many, times. This stay, was by far, the best EVER!

Arnold gaf ons viaWhats app duidelijke instructiesWaar we de sleutel konden afhalen bij een huis aan de andere kant van de vallei bij Franco. Hij reed zelf mee om de deur open te doen. Er stond een mooie fles olie op ons te wachten. Alles was heel schoon en alle kamers hadden beddengoed en handdoeken. We hadden maar 2 kamers nodig maar heel fijn dat we daardoor zelf een kamer konden kiezen. Mijn moeder is slecht ter been maar de flauwe trap bleek voor haar goed te doen. Heerlijk zwembad!! Heel groen, veel natuur en vogels om ons heen en rust. De locatie is perfect. In 30 a 40 minuten ben je bij leuke badplaatsen als Novigrad (aanrader) en Porec. En natuurlijk ook Motivun zelf.Monica en Arnold waren super goed bereikbaar toen we wat problemen met de airco hadden en schakelde onmiddellijk. Waarvoor veel dank. Het was echt GEWELDIG. S’ avonds komt er iemand voorbij met een autootje omdat stukje verderop een mooie grote moestuin is.

Das Ferienhaus war wunderbar,die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung liesen keine wünsche offen.Der Pool war immer für eine Erfrischung gut. Die Lage war ideal für Ausflüge nach Novigrad, Porec und Rovinj.Man hatte auch immer einen guten Blick auf Motovun, sehr sehenswert. Es gab auch reichlich kleinere Gaststätten wo man noch für angemessenes Geld gut Essen gehen konnte. Kurz gesagt es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einen wunderbaren Ferienhaus.

Tolle Villa in wundervoller Lage

Die Villa Sandri ist eine wunderschöne, stilvoll eingerichtete und voll ausgestattete Villa inmitten einer faszinierenden Landschaft. Die Kinder haben den Pool und das Kino geliebt und die Pergola gleich daneben lädt dazu ein, sich tagsüber aus der größten Hitze zurückzuziehen, abends gemeinsam zu essen und bis spät in die Nacht zu plaudern. Sowohl der Vermieter als auch der örtliche Verwalter sind überaus freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Menschen. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war sauber und alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Das einzige was negativ war, war das der Pool nicht wie angekündigt gesäubert wurde (war sehr viel Dreck nach den Gewittern). Ansonsten würden wir immer wieder buchen.

Aufenthalt in der ersten Augustwoche 2023

Insgesamt ein Traum. Ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen meiner Vorgänger nur anschließen. Die Aufteilung des Hauses war für die 2 Familien perfekt, selbst mit unseren Teenagern. Lage (wenn man Ruhe sucht), Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, Kommunikation mit dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort und dem Vermieter top. Der Hinweis auf Mückengitter in einer vorhergehenden Rezension ist sehr konstruktiv, weil je nach Witterung die nächtlichen Mückenbesuche schon lästg sind und die Klimaanlage lässt man ja auch nur kurz laufen. Das änert jedoch überhaupt nichts an der Bewertung, eon siperschöes Objekt.

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage, nette Leute

Die Lage ist ruhig, entspannt und genau das, was wir gesucht haben um sich vom Alltagsstress zu erholen. Der großzügige und überdachte Pavillon mit chill out Bereich und Swimmingpool bietet einen optimalen Ausgleich zwischen Sonnenbad, Schwimmen und Entspannung im Schatten. Betten sind bequem, Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum, nur die Mücken in der Nacht lassen nicht immer durchschlafen (trotz durchgehend geschlossener Fenster). Auch draußen waren die Mücken echt lästig, vermutlich wegen des starken Regens in diesem Sommer? Zumindest in den Schlafräumen wären an den Fenstern Insektennetze angebracht, dann könnte man Nachtsüber die Fenster offen und Klimaanlagen aus lassen. Deshalb nur dieses kleine Manko zwischendurch erwähnt, ansonsten ist das Haus super, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet mit großzügiger Küche, Heimkino im Keller, Möglichkeit zum Grillen und feiern. Franko vor Ort war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kann je nach Vorhaben gute Empfehlungen geben. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekte Lage

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt gut. Aufgrund der fehlenden Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, war es nicht möglich, das Haus nachts zu lüften, da es aufgrund der sehr feuchten Witterung eine Schnaken-/Moskitoplage gab. Tipp an den Vermieter: mindestens Moskitonetze für jedes Bett bereitstellen. Nicht jeder will die Klimaanlage in Betrieb nehmen, da dies 1. nicht sehr umweltfreundlich ist und außerdem 2. die Stromkosten, die ja nicht im Mietpreis enthalten sind, auch noch zu bezahlen sind. Die vorhandenen Betten sind höchstens für 2 Paare mit insgesamt 4 Kleinkindern geeignet. Die vier Einzelbetten sind weder für Jugendliche noch Erwachsene geeignet (Betten zu schmal/Matratzen zu weich).

Ein schöner Urlaub mit ein paar wenigen Mankos

Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in diesem Objekt gehabt. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Objekt ist einsam gelegen und wenn man in die Stadt oder einkaufen möchte muss man mit dem Auto fahren. Zum Strand geht es in circa 20 Minuten. Motovun selbst ist wunderschön mit seiner kleinen Altstadt. Bei uns funktionierte am Anfang der Pool nicht. Dies wurde aber innerhalb von zwei Tagen gelöst. Dort konnte man sich dann super erfrischen und auch richtig schwimmen. Herr Trampe und auch die Familie vor Ort waren sehr bemüht. Drei Tage vor der Abreise bekamen wir einen Regenschauer im Bett von dem Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage. Dies wurde dem örtlichen Verwalter gemeldet und es sollte ein Klimatechniker kommen. Einzig die Abrechnung am Ende fanden wir sehr teuer. Für die Reinigung mussten wir 200€ an den örtlichen Verwalter zahlen. In den 14 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde das Haus bei Ankunft und nach 7 Tagen gereinigt, wobei nach 7 Tagen jetzt zB auch nicht der Boden feucht gewischt wurde, sondern nur das Nötigste. Und auch Stromkosten von 130€ waren schon viel, da wir nur eine Klimaanlage ab und an nachts anhatten und der Rest nicht lief. Für Kinder ist sehr viel vorhanden. Wir waren dort mit unserem 9 Monate alten Sohn und es fanden sich sowohl Krabbelmatten, Laufgitter als auch ein Hochstuhl vor Ort. Sogar eine Babyschaukel war vorhanden. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen waren super. Leider kamen abends wenn das Licht an war sehr viele Hornissen, was etwas störte, sodass wir zumeist ohne Licht draußen sitzen mussten. Im Keller hatten wir zwei kleine Skorpione. Das kommt wohl aber in Kroatien häufiger vor und diese sind dort auch nicht gefährlich. Zusammenfassend kann man also sagen dass es ein schönes kinderfreundliches Haus ist und sowohl Herr Trampe als auch die Verwalter vor Ort stets bemüht und freundlich sind. Trotzdem gab es auch ein paar kleinere Kritikpunkte.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir, 4 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern, durften das Haus (und den Pool) 2 Wochen in vollsten Zügen geniessen. Das Haus ist recht zentral in Istrien gelegen und komplett ausgestattet. Per Auto kommt man zügig überall hin. Kleinere Problemchen mit dem Pool wurde sehr kulant und schnellstmöglich geregelt. Verwaltung vor Ort, sowie Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Was für ein wunderbares Haus!

Wir, zwei Familien mit Teenagern, hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem toll ausgestatteten und idyllisch gelegenen Ferienhaus. Es war alles und mehr vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Das Haus ist merklich mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll außen wie innen eingerichtet. Wir haben die Stunden am Abend am langen Familientisch im Freien und tagsüber im Pool sehr genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos und überaus freundlich. Ausflüge in die malerische Umgebung sowie an das ca. 20 Min. entfernt gelegene Meer sind problemlos mit dem Auto zu machen. Ein Juwel, wir werden es gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche. Der Vermieter und der Hausmeister warwn sehr nett. Der schattige Außenbereich und der tolle Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang waren fantastisch. Die Einzelbetten oben hätten allerdings etwas breiter und bequemer sein können.

Luxusvilla in toller Alleinlage

Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz und gemütlichem Holzofen. Der Pool war noch ohne Wasser, hat uns nicht gestört. Wunderbar ruhig und eine gute Ausstattung der Küche. Alles bestens!

Geheimtipp

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit Pool und großer Terrasse, auf der man Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Das Haus liegt außerorts, daher keine direkten Nachbarn. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein gelungener Urlaub in einem Super-Haus

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Sandri. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Alles da was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.
