The villa is equipped with high-quality, rustic furniture and offers everything you need for rest and relaxation with family or friends. In the living room, furniture, home cinema and a fireplace create a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for fine cooking. The villa has 6 modern and tastefully decorated bedrooms with air conditioning. Six of them with double beds. Five of the six rooms have direct access to the terrace or balcony. Five of the six rooms have a bathroom/WC with shower. The beautifully decorated, fenced garden offers a barbecue, a green landscaped garden and a terrace with comfortable seating and a summer kitchen. There is also a swimming pool (36 m2) with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Vila Duga near Pore is only 2 km away from the town centre and for all sea lovers the nearest beach is only 1200 meters away. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and taverns for those who want to try Istrian cuisine. There is also the possibility of using the golf and tennis courts, boat hire and water sports in the immediate vicinity. Pets are allowed in this property at the owner's discretion or for a fee. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 28 years or younger.
