HOLIDAY HOME CASA AVA

Casa Ava is newly renovated villa situated in village Stifanici 12 km from main tourist town, Porec. It has kept its original stone built from 1930 from the outside while inside it is furnished quite modern. It consists of main house with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and open plan kitchen with a living room on the ground floor.There is another toilet with shower on ground floor. Outside there is a swimming pool,6x4m,6 deck chairs , large umbrella and table with chairs set on a pool terrace.. Next to it is a garden with olive trees,herbal plants and other local plants. There is a covered BBQ area with a table and chairs for 6.There is 1 parking space in front on the outside and 2 secured inside the property. Villa is south faced so there is plenty of sunshine through all day. It is the last house in the village so there are uninterrupted views and complete peace and tranquillity. Pets are welcome. There is internet and satellite tv available.

Lovely House, ideal with dog

Very nice house in a lovely surrounding. Every there we needed to feel at home. Good possibilities to take our dog for a walk.The host, Danilo, was very nice and communication went very well. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche und 2 Hunde) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Stifanici. In dem liebevoll restaurierten Steinhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter Danilo war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Er stand und für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns in seinem Haus sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Zum Strand sind es 20 Minuten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

house is amazing ,it is far better then it looks on photos.Excellent location to go around and to the beaches in Porec.It so peacefull,in the morning you just hear birds singing,overall perfect holiday place if you want relax and fully recharge your battery

I grew up in Porec where I returned in 2008 after 18 years living in London.I purchased this house in 2003 and in 6 years completely renovated it.I work as a chef in a restaurant "Saint&Sinner beach"in Porec,which is one of your best choices for a quality lunch in lively surrounding.My wife runs a veterinary station in Vrsar,so you don`t need to worry about your pets welfare.
