This Mediterranean-style house is located in the village of Mugeba, Poreč, just a few minutes’ drive from the nearest beaches. The newly built villa features a sea view and modern design. It is sure to delight everyone, especially families. The garden, pool, two saunas (Turkish and Finnish), and two jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor) will help you relax both body and mind.
Villa MeryEma features an intimate Mediterranean garden with a pool. The barbecue and a large wooden table will allow you to spend your leisure time and prepare meals outdoors.
On the ground floor, there is a central area with large panoramic windows overlooking the pool, the sea, and the Mediterranean garden. There is also an island kitchen, followed by a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. There are 5 bedrooms with 4 shared bathrooms on the upper floor. The rooms offer either a sea view or a view of the garden. From the upper terrace with a jacuzzi, you have an amazing 360° view of the sea and the Istrian landscape.
In the small stone house, there is a wellness room with an indoor jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna.
The location ensures quality family time: Villa MeryEma features a swimming pool, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, a jacuzzi on the roof, and an indoor jacuzzi.
