All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you, to meet at the property, which is situated at The Ellipse Waterfall Apartments. The entrance to the building is located in Magwa Crescent, and you will be staying at Unit 3802, which is located on the 8th Floor.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge with you about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
