Pied a terre by the sea
The house has recently undergone a major sympathetic refurbishment. Enjoy living in a convenient community, a few hundred meters from the sea and promenade and close to the town centre.
The bedroom had a wonderful large double bed. There is a small comfortable seating area and a desk in the bay window facing the road.
The bathroom is huge with a walk in shower and roll top bath well placed with sky views.
The property has been totally replumbed, rewired and decorated.
The lounge has a comfortable sitting area. A sofa bed, a 46 inch smart tv, a dining table in the bay window with views of the park and sea and a well appointed kitchen with washing machine, microwave, oven and bar stools.
