The property is located in northwestern Slovenia, in the picturesque town of Bovec. The apartment complex is situated in the Soča Valley, surrounded by the Julian Alps offering endless opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing and cycling. The property is a 5-minute from the emerald waters of the Soča River. Renowned for its crystal-clear waters the river is perfect for whitewater rafting, kayaking and fly fishing.

In the winter, the Kanin-Sella Nevea Ski Resort (a 25-minute walk / 5-minute drive) attracts skiers and snowboarders with its high-altitude slopes and panoramic views. Visitors can also enjoy the incredible Boka Waterfall (an 8-minute drive).

History buffs will appreciate Fort Kluže (a 7-minute drive), a historic Austro-Hungarian fort that now serves as a museum and golf enthusiasts will find Bovec’s Golf course an 8-minute drive away. There is a restaurant and a supermarket a 6-minute drive away.
