A refundable security deposit is required per booking. As long as the property is left in the same condition prior to your stay and we have received the keys, the security deposit will be processed and paid back within 5-10 working days.

Upon booking confirmation, we also require a valid copy of photo ID in order to verify guest identity, for security measures.
Both tasks can be completed through the pre-arrival form sent after booking.

Lost keys will incur a charge.
