Villa I TRE LAGHI, as its name suggests, is located near the major lakes of Northern Italy: Lake Como, Lake Lecco......<br>Villa I TRE LAGHI is a standalone property surrounded by greenery and overlooking a polo field. It is managed like a hotel, and the staff will handle the daily cleaning of the house and the rooms. Linens will be changed every 3 days. Breakfast can be prepared upon request at a cost of 15 euros per person<br><br>The villa is located within a gated community consisting of only 10 villas. The property covers approximately 460 square metres, and the garden is about 2,500 square metres. At the rear, the villa is surrounded by a chestnut grove, while the flat front area features a Japanese garden with rhododendrons, azaleas, and large bonsai trees.<br>In front of the house, there is outdoor parking for up to 3 cars and space for 2 cars in the covered garage.<br><br>INTERIOR OF THE VILLA<br>The villa is on a single level and consists of a first, enormous bedroom with a king-size bed (called the Honey Moon Bedroom), a TV, and a large en-suite bathroom (featuring a large shower, a two-person whirlpool tub, and two separate rooms with toilets).<br>The living room features a fireplace, a large-screen TV with international channels, and extremely comfortable sofas and armchairs.<br>The open kitchen, with a table for 10 people, is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a convection oven, a microwave, and a pizza oven.<br>The second bedroom (called the Master Bedroom) has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.<br>Near the kitchen, there is also a guest bathroom for occasional visitors.<br><br>TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS<br>Air Conditioning: All rooms are equipped with air conditioning; some feature remote controls, while others have units built into the all-wood ceilings.<br><br>The Honeymoon Bedroom is protected by a sliding security door that is not visible from the living room (Panic Room). All windows and doors are certified as shatterproof and bulletproof<br>Two staff members are permanently on-site at the villa to handle room cleaning, provide cooking services as needed, and attend to any other guest needs, such as laundry.<br><br>The residential complex where the villa is located features a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a football field available for guest use.<br>The complex is situated between an 18-hole golf course (Golf Club Lecco) and five polo fields (La Poncia). <br>The area offers tranquility, privacy, and security. <br>Milan is about a 45-minute drive away; Monza, with its own racetrack, is about 25 minutes away; Como is 30 minutes away; and the Italian-Swiss border is 40 minutes away<br>Malpensa Airport (1 hour and 15 minutes), Bergamo Airport (50 minutes), and Linate Airport (45 minutes).<br>Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and all other amenities are within a short distance of the villa<br><br><br><br><br><br><br>
