Charming detached villa located in a prestigious resort close to the Marina Punta Verde dock. The house is spread over two floors and it can accommodate up to 7 guests.
On the ground floor, you will find a modern living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equiped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an utility room, a furnished patio, a large fenced garden and a garage. On the first floor, the flat features a room with double bed, a room with three single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. Both rooms provide a lovely terrace.
