Large three room apartment on the ground floor, for up to 6 guests, located approx 100m from the beach and 200m from Piazza San Giorgio. Recently renovated, it consists of a living room, open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double bed with bunk bed + 2 singles, which can be joined), bathroom with shower. Plus, modern amenities like washing machine, microwave, A/C and a relaxing private fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. Private parking place is included.

-Air conditioning: 50eur per week

-Tourist Tax: the exact amount per person per night will be communicated upon arrival. In 2023 it was 0,50eur per person/night, so please expect a similar amount for this year too (2024). The city tax has to be paid in cash at the check-in on your arrival day.
-Security deposit: 100eur, to be paid upon arrival at the agency only in cash. The security deposit will be returned to the guests upon check-out, after the apartment inspection.

Enjoy all the services provided by the city, while our trained staff is always ready and willing to assist you. Bike rentals is also available throughout the city.
