Stunning Attic Apartment In The Centre Of Padua.

This elegant attic has recently been restored by a famous architect. It is furnished with antiques and the exposed beams of the ceiling make a unique warm and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment is on the third and last floor of a fifteenth century palace located in the heart of medieval Padua, very close to the squares and places of artistic interest. Its position in Padua’s restricted traffic area makes this apartment unique for peace and quiet. The attic is flooded with light and the windows overlook lush secret gardens. Its 85 square meters, consist of a bedroom, a bathroom with shower-bath and Jacuzzi, a large living room, a kitchen with fully equipped terrace overlooking the Duomo, a laundry room, and large closets. There are two large sofas in the living room. One can be used as a double bed, but please bear in mind that the windows in the living room do not have curtains but only external motorised sun blinds. This apartment is very well isolated from the outside extreme temperatures. The roof has been built with the ventilation system and the windows are double glazed with thermal glass. A centralised system of air conditioning and the under floor heating guarantee the best comfort in every season. The centralised vacuum net makes this apartment very easy to clean and it garantees a spot less maintenance.

Perfect place for a perfect stay

Everything about this property is first rate. The hosts live downstairs and are professional, kind and obliging. The apartment is spacious and light with the most amazing view. Everything is within walking distance. Can't recommend it too highly. If you can handle 73 steps don't miss this one. Thank you for a memorable month in beautiful Padova.

Sehr schöne, große Dachwohnung mit toller Aussicht. Geschmackvoll und aufmerksam eingerichtet. Auch für ein Parkplatz war gesorgt. Allerdings hielt sich der Parkhausbesitzer nicht an den vereinbarten Preis.

I chose the attic apartment primarily for its close location to where my daughter has been living for her spring semester abroad. I am so happy we did! The apartment is in a great location. The apartment itself is beautiful. It is full of light, and has great views of the Duomo! The owner lives in the same building and is quick to respond to any questions you may have. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place, ample space, near everything

This was the most magical place, walking distance from the market, restaurants and shops. The host was great. The place was adorable and had so much spaces with incredible views. Just be ready to walk a few stairs. You can’t beat the value or location.

What a magic apartment

We stayed in the attic apartment for 5 weeks in February/March and it was the most beautiful place to live in. It became our home and a wonderful place to relax in after exploring the city. It is so well fitted out and has been thoughtfully furnished, and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful view of the cathedral from our kitchen balcony, and our hosts Morena and Peiro were such wonderful people. The location is very central to the old part of Padua, with 4 piazzas on our doorstep. There are so many markets, shops, cafes and restaurants close to the apartment, so it's wonderful to explore locally. The apartment is quite large and the skylight windows in the lounge make for a special place to spend time in, and the kitchen is well appointed for cooking in too. We will definitely come back if we can.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Accueil chaleureux / appartement idéalement situé / nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous ; tout était parfait et malgré la chaleur extérieure, l'appartement était agréable à vivre grâce à une climatisation efficace. La literie est bonne et l'appartement très bien décoré avec beaucoup de livres. Notre hôte nous a très bien accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et efficacité. Gorgeous apartment full of charm

This is a gorgeous place with plenty of space in which to spread out and relax. The living room has plenty of room, a sweet kitchen looking out on the terrace and a very comfortable bedroom. Each room has AC which works well after letting the space cool down for a while on hot days. Perfect location in town with views of the Duomo, short walks to the piazzas in town and short train rides to Venice and surrounding areas. Very smooth check in with a gracious host. Parking is tricky in town so do use the parking suggested (though always check their hours)

Posizione eccezzionale per una visita a Padova

L'appartamento ha una vista sui tetti del centro citta'. La posizione 'e strategica per visitare tutti i monument storici e l'universita'. La vicinanza alle piazze offre accesso a un grande numero di ristoranti/trattorie e allo shopping. C'e' un garage a pochi passi dall'appartamento cosi' potrete pargheggiare senza prendere la multa nel centro a viabilita' ristretta. La padrona di casa e' centilissima ed attenta a tutte le esigenze degli affittuari. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di prosecco ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo.! La casa e' pulitissima, ben arredata, e con tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Wunderbare Wohnung mitten im italienischen Leben

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt im Zentrum

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Padua. Zum Palazzo della Ragione, dem Gemüsemarkt und weiteren Läden sind es nur 5 Minuten. Trotz der Nähe zu belebten Plätzen ist sie ruhig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Küche ist mit allem Erforderlichem ausgestattet. Von der kleinen Dachterrasse hat man eine Blick auf den Dom. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Sejour formidable dans un endroit formidable

Einfach Perfekt.

Super schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung direkt im Stadtzentrum. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Padua zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der historischen Altstadt mit einem tollen Blick auf den Dom von der privaten Dachterasse. Cafés, Bars, Restaurants etc sind zahlreich in der direkten Nachbarschaft zu finden. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung recht ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Extra Pluspunkt ist natürlich die Klimaanlage. Morena war super gastfreundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt und komme gerne wieder.

If you love Italy and its hidden treasures Pdova is the perfect city to visit, it is full of monuments and very central in the Veneto region. Within an hour of train you can reach all the small cities of art in Veneto such as Cittadella, Bassano, Montagnana, Monselice as well as Venice, Verona, Vicenza, Rovigo, Ferrara and also Bologna! Florence is only an hour and a half by train!

What makes this property unique

Terrace with stunning view on gardens and on the Duomo of Padua. Perfect restoration of entire building, full of light. Very high standard of comfort due to the isolation from extreme outside temperature. The owner takes personal care of the apartment and its guests.
