Former farmhouse built by our great-grandfather in 1911, located 300m from the picturesque village of Kerhinet (local produce market every Thursday in summer, Inn ...), on the GR39 from Mont Saint-Michel to Guérande, in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park a few kilometers from La Baule, Guerande, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Batz sur Mer, Le Croisic, La Turballe and Piriac sur Mer. 1.5 km from all amenities. Large living room of 50m2. Large garden. Free WIFI.
Cottage consisting of two adjoining cottages. Possibility to independently rent the 6-person gîte or the 4-person gîte, these two gîtes having been classified 3 stars in 2019 by the Loire-Atlantique Gites de France. Ideal for 2 or 3 families. Perfect for 3 generations when grandpas, grandmas and grandchildren want to go to bed earlier ...

Nous avons passé un très agréable week-end en famille. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Il y a de beaux sites à visiter Guérande et sa vieille ville visite des marais salants, et surtout à voir le village de KERINET qui à deux pas de la location. A recommander.

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. Une belle location de charme. Confortable et très bien équipé, à tout point de vue. Cuisine et ustensiles, ameublement, literie... Dommage pour la cheminée ! On se serait bien fait un p'tit feu d'bois. Mais celle-ci, ne fonctionne pas.

Nous sommes très contents de notre petit séjour à Kerhinet. Les propriétaires sont très arrangeants , l’accueil très agréable. Les gîtes , conformes aux photos , sont très bien équipés ( en quantité et qualité) . C’est vraiment une adresse à conserver et à faire connaître !!
